I called Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning one evening and the owner, Todd Buttons, called me back right away and set up an appointment for the following day. He came on time and measured for my new equipment and explained the different buying options in a way that was understandable. He was professional and kind, answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell me expensive equipment I did not need. Todd helped me to choose equipment that was in my budget and right for my home. The installers, Garrett and Devon, were professional and tidy and did a great job installing the new equipment. They even helped me to pre-set the temperature settings on the new thermostat. After the install, Buttons called to make sure the equipment was working well and asked if I had any questions. Before deciding on Buttons, I got several quotes from different companies. There was no comparison to the quality of care and customer service I got from Buttons. They were amazing in every way! I will be referring Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning to all of my friends and family in the future.

I had a Trane Resolute Heat pump installed and am extremely satisfied with my experience with Button's Heating. The sales team (Todd, Nigel) was helpful in understanding my requirements and providing me with the right solution for the right cost. The install team (Scott. Phil, Noah) did a fantastic job. They were quick and effective and cleaned up everything before they left. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Reached out to Buttons on the advice of a friend as we wanted to replace our 15 year old furnace AC with a new heatpump and gas backup. They were very professional have been doing this for a very long time. Our sales associate knew both the Daikin and Trane lineup quite well and suggested two excellent options. We went with the Daikin as the price was slightly better and also the unit is quieter when in operation. We now have a nice warm house even when it gets below freezing out there on the heat pump alone. I do suspect we will need the gas backup once it gets well below -10C as explained quite well to me by the Buttons team.

Yearly maintenance, professional, friendly & helpful. Identified issue for water heater even though it wasnt why they were here. Strongly recommend.

Tech (Edres) was very courteous, explained what had been done, phoned to update arrival time amd wore covers over his shoes in the house. Will definitely use Button's again. Thank you.

Our appointment was scheduled for an afternoon - 12p.m. to 4 p.m. That's a wide margin so we appreciated a phone call 15 minutes before arrival, so we could get on with our day. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. We needed to have a part replaced which was not covered by our service warranty. We were warned that it could give out at any time, so we opted to have it fixed during the appointment. The work was completed quickly, and a detailed invoice was provided. We were very happy with the service.
