I called on behalf of my church HPBC (Heron Park Baptist Church) to replace a tank-less hot water heater. They came to assess the unit and surveyed the furnace room where it will be installed. We were scheduled in a few weeks later for an installation, and they (Chris and Kyle) were there promptly at 8:00 am. They went courteous and polite. Went to work right away. Excellent workmanship, and left nothing behind (including the old unit, boxes, etc.). Chris took time to explain about the unit, and gave a quick overview. Overall I am satisfied. Church is happy to have hot water now that the season is much cooler. Kudos to the team that were assigned to work on our tank-less hot water heater. Much thanks, keep up the good work.

Andrew, the installer from Button's Heating did a great job: 1. Came on time (even called 20 min earlier to confirm he's on his way) 2. Explained the install procedure 3. Once done, provided clear instructions Andrew's been professional and approachable. I've waited a few days to write the review to assess the humidifier's impact on the air quality - the entire family felt the difference. Very happy with the upgrade and the serviced received.

Today Katie from Buttons completed our annual furnace cleaning and tankless water heater servicing. Katie was professional and extremely thorough. We appreciated her patience and her expertise when she answered our numerous questions regarding our recently installed heat pump. Technicians like Katie keep us loyal to Buttons.

As is the norm, Buttons is exceptional whether for regular maintenance or trouble shooting an issue which was my most recent interaction with them. Had inconsistent hot water from my tankless hot water heater and called Buttons who arranged an appointment for the next day. (office team is exceptional with scheduling and trying to trouble shoot.) Hadn't turned on my furnace yet at that point and figured I would try just in case. Didn't turn on. Called Buttons back to let them know my issue had expanded and they still made the arrangement for both issues to be checked the next day without hesitation. Pat arrived at the beginning of the communicated window for being on site, listened to issue and what I had explored to try nd fix the problem and got right to work. Very quickly, Pat had identified the issue and a couple of parts needed to be replaced, which he had in his truck so there was no waiting or return visit! Had worked with Pat before and he is a true professional! He quickly checked the warranty on my units and only a small cartridge type unit would need to be paid for after almost 10 years on my water heater. I have worked with Buttons on my home, coming up on almost 10 years from the time of my multi-step renovation which they were super accommodating with and delivered an amazing solution, to regular maintenance and trouble shooting any issues that I have ever during this time. I don't write a lot of reviews, but in the case of Buttons, I am very happy to do so and recommend them for any of your heating, cooling and water heater issues and have recommended them to my friends as well in the past. Great Team, excellent work and super friendly service! Thank you for your professionalism and commitment to your craft!

Bought a furnace from this company eight years ago And have had the maintenance done with them ever since. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with them. Everyone from the office staff (especially Penny) and the technicians are so helpful and perform excellent service. I had Thomas today, and he went above and beyond to help me.

This is the second time I have dealt with this company which proves that the first time was excellent. Both Scott's were personable, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond during this installation plus taking the time to instruct me what to do. They also improved my existing connections and configurations of the water heater as well as the humidifier. Great job!!!

Scheduled annual maintenance for our 12 year old gas furnace. Tried Buttons Heating & Air Conditioning for the first time. Awesome work! Bandon called ahead of time. He throughly inspected furnace for safety & operation. He finished with a good cleaning. Our family is now safely set for next week's cold weather. Thank you Button's for the peace of mind!
