Annual maintenance at house in Oshawa. I have used them for years, always reliable. Katie was on time, easy to deal with and answered my questions. Also had annual maintenance done at home in Pickering - same thing, Tom was on time, easy to deal with and answered my questions. Will continue to use them, no complaints.

I have done business with Button's Heating and Air Conditioning since I purchased my furnace and air conditioner through them in 2015. Their representatives are always very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Today, the annual service was done by Katie who is an excellent representative of the company. She was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kept me informed of how the service was going. Katie was even kind enough to take a follow up call from me. I highly recommend this company.

Katie was in the time window given us, really polite and very careful of the house. She told me about what she was going to do and got to work. The heat pump was inspected as were all the heads and cleaned. The AC and heat were verified as working and air pressures were measured. At the end, asked if there were any questions and thanked me for using Buttons . What more could anybody ask?

Buttons makes it easy to schedule services and their technicians are experienced and friendly. Andrew in particular is great!

I contacted Buttons after being bullied by another heating/A/C company into signing a contract for a new furnace and air conditioner. From the first call, the staff at Buttons were courteous, informative and NOT pushy. I decided to have them install a furnace and heat pump after being informed about the new rebates; the installers arrived very promptly, were super nice and efficient and the young man who came to set up the thermostat was kind enough to explain it all to me. If that weren't enough, I had a follow-up conversation with Todd who furthered explained the heat pump and rebate program. Would I recommend Buttons? YES!

Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning are very knowledgeable in the heating and air-conditioning business. They have been around for many years and have a great reputation in Durgam Region. They were recommended to me by a colleague and from the sales person to the trades people that came to install my new system they were very professional, pricing was very good, and they were very knowledgeable of available incentives. I was extremely pleased with their service and would recommend them if you need to replace your system or component parts.

From initially discussing our project with Brian who provided a lot of information and answered all of my questions. And when the installation was done by Zack & Scott plus two other technicians, they were all friendly and constantly kept me apprised of the install and issues and how they were rectified. The install took the better part of the day and when they left, they cleaned up and asked if I had any concerns / issues. The team were professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Button for a job well done! Will be recommending Buttons to my friends & family.

I am thrilled with the sales, service and installation of a heat pump recently purchased from Buttons Heating Inc. My AC unit died during the July hot spell, and John Johnston of Buttons went out of his way to secure a unit despite a shortage. Brian, in sales, thoroughly explained the benefits of the product, the cost, and the government rebate program in an easy to understand, low pressure way. He was excellent. In addition, the installation team of Kris, Kyle, and Phil, did a fabulous job, they were neat and efficient, patiently answered all questions, and left my home in tip top shape. Thank you to the Buttons team! The extra bonus is that I will also receive a rebate cheque - a win for all!

My AC broke and I had Buttons come in. The service tech advised it was probably not worth it to repair and also noted my furnace was extremely old (original) and could break and cause some serious issues very soon. He suggested a whole new HVAC system. I had a few companies come and check it out and give me quotes and going with Buttons was a very easy decision. Jason from Buttons came to check out my current equipment and set up. His knowledge and passion for these types of jobs is very clear. He kept in constant contact with me and understood I wanted to get a couple other quotes before committing. But after having Jason explain everything in detail that I could understand and also provide assistance navigating potential rebate programs, I knew Buttons was the best option. I decided to do a new furnace plus heat pump to take advantage of the rebate program. When the team came on install day, they were courteous, professional and the hardest workers I've ever seen. They arrived just after 8am and left around 5:30pm which is what they estimated. It was a big, long job and they were there all day but were not an inconvenience to me at all. I could tell they were working non-stop and put a lot of care and thought into the job. I was so impressed! When the job was done they cleaned everything up completely and explained all of the new equipment to me.

AC died in July. Buttons responded quickly for a maintenance call. The owner dropped by to explain why the 20+ year old AC could not be fixed, and outlined multiple options for replacement; including options for rebates. The installers were professional, neat, tidy and friendly. Overall great service. Highly recommended.
