After getting quotes from 3 of the top air conditioning companies (Lennox, Bryant and Trane), I found that Joe Button of Buttons Heating, our nearest Trane dealer, to offer the best advice and most compelling reasons to buy their product including price, reliability and efficiency. He said I wouldn't be disappointed and so far he is right. Jonathan, Mike F. and Russ arrived right on schedule to remove the old AC unit and instal the new one and were courteous and polite. They took time to cover the floors and cleaned up thoroughly when the were finished. Inside the installation itself looks like a work of art, very clean and neat. They even had to move one of the hot water pipes, but that was no problem. Outside the unit is very impressive looking sitting on the sturdy bracket, again a neat and tidy job. So far the job is a definite ten and I'll post my thoughts after the summer heats up and I get to see how well the unit works. Thanks again Buttons Heating for a job well done!

We needed more headroom in the basement as the existing ducts were taking too much space. MARK WAS THE ONLY ONE OF 3 CONTRACTORS TO GET IT ! He also suggested that the existing system was not providing us with a good airflow. So our new ducts take less room and the heating is MUCH better. Thanks for an efficient and professional service !

A stress-free experience! We researched several local companies and Todd's professional manner and knowledge of the products in the industry convinced us to go with Buttons. The removal and installation of the products were conducted in a timely manner during the worse snow storm in 2014. The Button's installation team were friendly and easy-going. They worked well with each other and were tidy as they worked and cleaned up after themselves at the end. We were impressed with their professionalism. Todd conducted a followed-up inspection to ensure we were satisfied with the products and their instillation. We can't say enough about the service and the products. The furnace is so quiet, the first few days we would run downstairs to see if it was working. Amazing!

In March 2014, we had Button's re-locate (no easy feat) and install a new air conditioner. We are extremely pleased with the work, both inside and outside our house. The knowledge of the guys - Justin, Nimmo and Hill was excellent! They gave us information about our furnace too that has been extremely helpful. My parents also had Button's install their new furnace and air conditioner 3 years ago and have been very satisfied too. We would highly recommend Button's and will use them again.

When Buttons installed our furnace, three years ago, the service was exemplary so when we were in the market for a new air conditioner there was no decision to be made . Todd visited, answered ALL our many questions and helped us make the decision as to which unit to buy. Mike , Russ and Rusty showed up on time to install the new unit.They were friendly, professional, informative , and so careful in the clean up process as they were leaving. From the sales people to the installers to the office staff everyone was so friendly and professional that it made dealing with Buttons a pleasure. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone requiring heating and air conditioning services.

Very happy. Todd set me up with a great tankless water heater. Jonathan, Mike N, Mike H did a great job on the install. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Rolled out the red carpet to protect my floors. Explained everything. Did a very tidy install. Left the area very tidy. Nice work. Very Happy.

Our furnace had been acting up, shutting off and generally being a pain and I knew I wanted to get it replaced this spring because of its age and history. I figured getting a pre- inspection done might be worthwhile and sure enough, there was a major problem with our old Heil furnace. The crew from Button's had a new Trane furnace installed as quickly as promised and very professionally done. They even cleaned up the mess the builders original installers left and even left two little heaters on loan in case we got cold. Great job and very happy with the new furnace quietly working away the last month. We are anxiously awaiting our rebate check which was a nice surprise with the updated, more efficient furnace. Well worth it.

First, let me state that I am not completely trusting of HomeStars reviews. I had been burned recently by a tiling contractor who had maintained an excellent HomeStars rating (stay tuned). Button's however, is the Real Deal. This company provides excellent service from beginning to end, and I truly believe that they are well deserving of their high HomeStars rating. I could tell this from first contact through to completion of the project. At every point I trusted that their main intent was to foster a solid customer relationship. We had Button's perform maintenance service last year. I was impressed by their service so I invited them in to provide a quote on a furnace and water heater replacement. Joe Button arrived at our home on time, and thoroughly explained our options in a friendly, low pressure, manner. Two days later Jonathan and his team (Mike and MIke) did an excellent job installing a DAIKIN modulating, variable-speed, furnace (our house is now warm throughout) and a new hot water heater tank. Their service is friendly and respectful. I was particularly impressed by Jonathan's excellent communication skills. He was genuinely interested in working with me to address any of the aesthetic concerns that I had about the path and position of vent pipes etc. Thanks to Joe and the rest of the Button's team - your commitment to excellence has been very much appreciated.

Button's skilled staff came into our home and were very professional, they not only did a great job they went above and beyond the call and even did some extra caulking to our air-conditioning unit. I feel like I was given the five star service.

Me and my husband were looking for a new furnace and water heater. We got some estimates from other companies but we decided to go with Buttons Heating. Buttons rep Todd came and provided us with a comprehensive assessment and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He took his time to explain all the details. John and his installation team came and installed our furnace and water heater they were very pleasant and professional and made sure everything was tidy and clean before they left.
