They were all very punctual and polite. The details of all the costs were explained well - nothing hidden, etc. They left no mess behind. The technicians are great in explaining about the voltage allowed to flow in a house. Overall, we're very satisfied . Thank you Button's!!!

I had my air conditioning unit installed today and as promised they arrived in the afternoon at approximately 2:00 PM and were finished at 4:30 PM. They (Mike) then spent 10 minutes reviewing and answering my questions! Very professional and much appreciated!

After reading all the laudatory reviews I have read about Button's Heating & Air Conditioning, I feel like saying: "Me too!". However that wouldn't truly reflect how good my experience has been. I have found the folks at Button's the most service oriented and dedicated people in the air conditioning field I have ever had to deal with (I'm 89). They truly reflect the values of their founder (a true Newfoundlander from whom the distinctive name "Button" came). This applies to the two women I talked to on the phone (sorry I don't know your names), Joe (the "comfort consultant"), Todd, the whole installation and duct work crew and Brian who did some followup work. What is very important to me is that they left me with the impression that I could feel quite comfortable in calling up in the unlikely event there are any problems which surface in the future. If only all service people were like them!

My first meeting was with Joe who was extremely cordial and accommodating. I met with 2 others companies but Button's beat everyone in price, product and personality. Renee and Alison were extremely helpful in the office when it came to booking my appointment and getting me my rebate. The installation team led by Mike Ferguson were extremely reliable, professional and clean!! They showed up on time, they worked hard and they left no mess which I really appreciated. My new products are clean and they work perfectly. I would highly recommend Button's Heating to anyone and everyone.

We renovated the basement in our recently acquired 40 year old raised bungalow which had 2 furnaces and A/C units as a result of a previous renovation. Todd Button provided us with excellent advice and several options as well as connecting us with an HVAC designer (ELITE HVAC design) who performed heat load calculations and designed all duct work runs for optimal ventilation. We had Button's install 1 furnace (TRANE XC95m) and A/C unit (TRANE XL16i) both centrally located to eliminate the need for the 2 old systems. We are very happy with the resulting heating and cooling in the house. The system has eliminated the previous hot and cold zones with even air distribution. The experience was excellent as Todd and Dave Button visited the house more than once to ensure all parts and equipment was ordered prior to beginning the work. The install crew supervised by Jonathan completed the job in a timely manner with excellent workmanship. Everyone involved ensured that all our questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. The whole job was completed on the timeline they promised and there were no surprises or extra costs. Button's supplied excellent value on top quality equipment and professional installation. There is no question they were focused on making sure we were happy with the experience and end result. Their reputation for fairness and quality is well deserved.

I chose Button's heating after doing my own research and I have to say I am glad I did. The work was done in a timely and organized manner. Everybody I got in contact with was a pleasure to work with. Todd was at all times responsive and out-front, technicians were clean and did everything with elegance and complying to code a real professional job.

I wanted to upgrade my 9yr. old A/C unit to a more energy efficient unit but I was told by a number of hvac contractors that the furnace had to be replaced as well. I had Joe Button come and look at our furnace, and he was the only one that told me the blower motor could be change to a more energy efficient motor without having to change the 9yr.old furnace. This made a lot of sense to me and we made the change and I hope to see a significant saving on my hydro bill this summer. There were a few minor problems with the speed settings on the motor, but Button's made sure they were all looked after. Thank you Joe for your honesty, you were the only guy that wasn't forcing me to buy a new furnace when there was a cheaper alternative. Would recommend Button's to anyone looking for an honest and reliable hvac contractor. ,

Button's Heating installed a new HVAC system in my home this past January, shortly after the freezing rain storm that occurred over the Christmas holidays. My experience with them was extremely positive and would not hesitate to either recommend them or use them again. After obtaining several estimates for a new HVAC system, I found Todd to be one of the most professional, patient and informative people that I met with. While Todd's estimate was neither the lowest nor the highest, his professionalism and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service convinced me to hire Button's for this job. Todd was very thorough in explaining the differences between the furnaces and air conditioning units. He also advised us as to what we should expect on the day of installation. As a result, the installation went very smoothly and with very little anxiety. The installation team was also very courteous and paid particular attention to keeping the installation as uninstrusive as possible. They literally rolled out the red carpet upon arrival to ensure that they did not stain the carpets or floors. The HVAC system was installed in less than a day, and afterwards, they took the time to explain the new system/wi-fi thermostat to me. I also found it very convenient that Button's Heating prepared all of the government rebate forms on our behalf. While there was a slight issued that developed with the thermostat, Button's was very responsive in replacing it and completing some other minor outstanding work that could not be completed on the day of installation due to the frigid weather conditions. Thank-you to Todd and his installation team for a great and stress-free experience. My wife and I love our new Trane HVAC system and NEST thermostat.

Recently, we converted our 40 yr. old, 2 storey electric baseboard heated home to gas forced air. This involved adding ducts therefore, walls, ceilings and floors had to be opened up. The crew, Jonathan, Mike N, Ryan and Richard tackled the job with knowledge and skill, completing the project in 5 days. They were punctual, polite and tidy. They also worked very hard at keeping the damage to a minimum. The result is amazing, we now have a complete HVAC system. Todd Button, our sales rep. inspected the completed project, fully explaining how this system functions and instructed me on how to program the thermostat. Attached, are some photos of the exposed duct work and the repaired walls.

We decided it was time to install a brand new central Air Condition. In a few days the workers came in and got rid of our old AC and brought in a new one. They worked very professionally and was 100% satisfied! Thank you Buttons!
