Had Furnace, Air Conditioner, Water Heater and AC Coil all changed. I had four quotes. The first one spent 30 minutes and just told me how cheap their service was. The other was DE which was good Todd came by and sat down with me for a whole morning to discuss the benefits of the various solutions and gave me a very good advice about air-conditioning (wouldn't spent too much as we don't have very long hot summers). Most importantly he showed how my current layout was not to code and what was required (a full relocation/repositioning of the furnace and water heater indoors and air conditioning fan / compressor outdoors. Yes it was not cheap, but the new layout is very good and allows ease of maintenance. All the piping was also well laid out and labelled if I need to turn off any of the pipes for my gas fireplace as well. The value definitely was worth the equipment and labour. I had 2/3 guys working on this for 3 days + plus all the hardware installed. I'm glad I did the installation because my neighbour lost there Heating in the middle of the coldest winter in 25 years.

We agreed to the contract and in two weeks time it was installed. Sales personal "Todd" very professional knowledgeable on HVAC systems & explains them so that homeowner can understand the products & functionality. The technician were punctual and very professional. Days after I had a concern, called the office 24/7 live personal on the phone, left the details and within an hour the technician called to deal with my concerns. I would recommend Buttons Heating to any homeowner who is looking for reliable & professional HVAC contractor.

I had some water pooling in the basement around my furnace. It turns out my filter was dirty and it caused dirt to accumulate inside the overflow line for the water... a Technician from Buttons named Jeff serviced the unit. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He patiently explained the cause of the the problem, what he did to remedy the problem and what I need o do to prevent future issues like this. I will definitely will be using Buttons in the future and will be recommending them as well.

We just moved into a new home with no A/C and my wife was 9 months pregnant so air conditioning was mandatory to say the least. :) I called around and received quotes but Todd Button impressed me the most with his open honesty and knowledge of the industry. Todd went out of his way to get it installed a.s.a.p. for us. He was short an installer that day so rather than rebooking the appointment, he rolled up his sleeves and helped with the install! He did installs before he went into sales. That to me speaks volumes. He and his team did an awesome job with the install. He recommended a 3 Ton Daikin unit which is quietly humming by the side of our house now while my wife and baby sleep comfortably. We recommend Button’s for their fantastic customer service. I am very pleased with the installation of the high efficiency Furnace and Air conditioning equipment through Button's Heating & Air Conditioning. My first contact was with Todd Button (Sales Rep). He came over to our house and explained in detail the features and price of the different equipment, which enabled me to make educated selections. The installation crew of Mike, Dan (Rusty) and Ryan showed up punctually at the scheduled time and worked very well as a team. They were polite and obliging and answered my questions. Their work was very neat and they certainly were very experienced in installing all the equipment. Proper installation was very important to me. After work clean-up too was very good. Front office staff at Button's (Marlene, Allison, Kristina) are very approachable and friendly. Overall my experience to-date in dealing with Button's has been very positive. The whole organization appears to be well managed.

when john show up form buttons they were on time we were very please with the new furnace they installed train xv 95 the work was clean and neat . we also had buttons clean our ducks I was not happy with the ducks when they clean the first time they missed vents and did not take any cold air vent off to clean but when I complain they sent there senior technician to re due the duck did a munch better job

We received a prompt service call and the problem was rectified quickly, pleasantly, and informatively! I will happily and confidently refer their services to family and friends without any hesitation.

After receiving several quotes from various companies we ultimately went with Button's for our new air conditioner. They were the only company that recognized that our electrical for our air conditioning was completely wrong, antiquated and potentially dangerous. There years of experience and expertize allowed them to see an issue where nobody else had. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism from beginning to end; from sales to installation our needs were met beyond our expectations. The service we've received from Button's Heating was absolutely mind blowing. We were quoted on the price, as we were walked around the home having everything explained to us, where they would run the lines etc. The price was just on target, as we were able to take advantage of the $400 OPA rebate. We had the Trane XR16 installed along with a humidifier. Both look great and are working well! The installers even went above and beyond to tidy up a line our builders left. The installers came with the wrong breaker (our box is a fairly new model) And instead of leaving the work and returning the next day with the right breaker (like I know some companies would do) he drove out to get a new one right than and there! I am VERY pleased with the result, the work put into their craftsmanship is astounding. Thank you very much Buttons Heating!

We were very satisfied with their efficiency and work. This past spring there was a problem but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company, great guys!
