We would highly recommend Button's Heating Inc. without hesitation to our friends and family. Your employee Brian is a remarkable asset to your company as he is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to inform, explain different options when purchasing a new furnace and the pros and cons of each. We greatly look forward to enjoying our new Daikin furnace with its incredible 12 year warranty.

We called them to install a furnace, AC, humidifier, water tank and a couple of gas lines. Through the entire process they were punctual and very professional. Joe showed us some great options and gave us some great tips. The job was big but our installers (John and his team) were very knowledgeable and finished on-time as promised (including the clean-up). I highly recommend them and would go to them again for our HVAC needs (and i have!)

My first contact with Button's was with their sales rep Mitch. Mitch took his time answering questions, explaining options, and making suggestions. I was so impressed that I did not get any other quotes and signed with Mitch the next day. The installation was scheduled for the morning two weeks later and Button's called the day before to confirm the details. The installers, Justin and Russ arrived on time as scheduled. They were friendly and efficient. The installation included a new thermostat and condensate pump. Justin took the time to explain how everything worked and exuded confidence in our purchase decision. The follow-up for the government rebate was also completed in a timely manner. The central air conditioning has to be replace next year and I will definitely be making my purchase from Button's. I highly recommend Button's Heating and Air Conditioning.

We are very happy with the installation and the new equipment. A great team arrived at our house. Polite and friendly they started working right away. And, they worked right through to the end. I am very satisfied with the installers work including the metal work, piping, clean up and demonstration. I was also also asked questions before work was started, during the day and given a walk through review of everything before the workers left. I had done my research ahead of time and I felt the best people for the job overall were Button's Heating. Photos and notes were taken of the job plan earlier so that when the workers arrived, they already knew exactly what they had to do and they also had all the equipment and pipes etc that they would need. So there were no delays. Even the person picking up the old furnace was there. Everything worked like clock work. The workers are knowledgeable and friendly and they all get along and know their jobs well. I am very happy with they Trane XC95m and Navien 210A. I have it mounted just underneath my bathroom and kitchen. Were really enjoying our new equipment. It's so quiet. I would easily recommend Button's Heating to a friend or family.

Darryl Webster's arrival to help me make a professional assessment of the HVAC system that would exactly match my requirements was very reassuring. He is a patient, meticulous gentleman who explained every detail to my complete satisfaction. The installation team of experts that arrived as scheduled surprised me with their large number, ensuring that every technical competence and equipment that was needed to carry out a high quality install and configuration was available. Before they left, they took pains to walk me through the entire system and showed me exactly what I would need to do to enjoy trouble-free performance. From start to finish, the entire operation was a pleasure and I am thoroughly satisfied with Buttons. I would gladly recommend them without any hesitation to family and friends!

This review is for a project done back in December 2013. Todd came over to my house for an initial appointment and assessment. He spent a solid 2 hours with me, taking the time to explain all of the heater options, pricing plans, available energy rebates and answered all of my questions. I was impressed with his professional, yet easy-going and friendly demeanor. The installation crew arrived on-time in the early morning of Christmas Eve. They were polite, friendly and professional. Installation took about 2 hours with very little to no mess at all. After the installation, one of the crew members guided me through the new temperature control system that they also installed and also got the paperwork started for the OPA heating and cooling incentive program. Overall, a good experience from beginning to end.

Todd suggested that we avail ourselves of a special through Home Depot of a furnace that cost $1500 less than a Trane but had the same workings. A substantial savings! The installers arrived on time, lay protective carpeting before beginning. Before leaving after a full 6 hour day, they took the time to explain the operation of the furnace, filter, humidifier and thermostat. Mike and Dan were courteous, friendly and more than competent. The furnace is operating. We can't believe how quiet it is.

For years we thought central air would be unaffordable, so we suffered in the heat. We were afraid to keep our windows open during the day when we were out, as we live in a bungalow and were concerned about break-ins. Of course we could never get the temperature down or the humidity under control, but we suffered because we didn’t think we had a choice. Recently, for medical reasons, air conditioning became a necessity and we panicked no knowing how we would afford it. Luckily a co-worker mentioned having it installed and recommended Button’s Heating. She said she wanted a new furnace and ended up getting an entire upgrade and how happy she was with the service, equipment and financing. Of course, we thought no one can understand just how much of an impact this would have on us financially, but we thought “it’s a place to start, anyway.” Todd Button was recommended to us. He was extremely courteous and so easy to understand. We did not feel like we were being talked over or talked down to and did not get lost in the presentation. Deciding it was in our best interest to hear him out; we listened to his recommendations for air and heating systems. The best part is that he was honest. We were told that our 20 year old furnace was in good shape, and would likely last a few more years, but by letting him explain everything he had to offer, we instantly both knew what we were going to do. The prices are so affordable and warranties excellent. In complete agreement updated our entire system and it was shockingly less than we expected to pay monthly for just air conditioning. We were so pleased; we referred Todd to a friend who was also equally happy. Our only regret is that we didn’t know enough people to refer to Button’s Heating and Todd and that we hadn’t hear of them sooner. Forever living in comfort Jim & Paula

Buttons installed a Trane furnace and A/C for us in 2007. On the day set up for installation, they were short the A/C unit that I had ordered. Instead of rescheduling they upgraded me from the unit I had ordered to one a couple of hundred dollars more at no additional cost to me. I have never forgotten that! It has been great!! They were on time, and very friendly, honest and knowledgable. It was Todd Button who did the installation. We need a new water heater now and I have ordered it from Todd. Our furnace and A/C unit have been great with no problems for 7 years. I would recommend them highly to everyone!

Great service friendly and knowledgeable installers. Mike, Rusty and Dan did a real professional job from the moment they walked in my home.
