    gas leak repair

    Never wrote a review b4 but felt compelled to due to Jeff's excellent repair job on a gas leak in my basement. Considering duct cleaning by Button next. Very Happy.

    New Furnace purchase/installation

    Our furnace being 22 years old, was in need of replacement. Button's heating provided a prompt estimate with options at a competitive price. Their installation team was on time, efficient and very professional. I would have no problem recommending them for your heating and A/C needs.

    furnace

    They did'nt try to sell me a new ac unit,they did'nt try to sell me a furnace that was high end, they cleaned up after themselves,they said it would take 4 hours,it did,and last, they reimbursed us for the repairs that had been done prior to installing the unit. Was greatly appreciated, they did not have to do that.Class act in my opinion.

    Furnace Humidifier Install

    Great install done by Jeff. He was on time, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job installing the humidifier into a tight area of my furnace. The job was done quick, but thorough and left no mess, and he took the time to explain how everything worked. Also, Nigel took my original call and he was very knowledgeable and got my appointment made that week! Would highly recommend.

    New furnance, AC, duct work and tanless water heater

    Right from the start when they came to give us our quote until the very end after clean up. They were all very courteous and helpfull with any questions or concerns. They started the job as scheduled and completed ahead of schedule. Would have them back for any work in the future.

    Mechanical Room Relocation

    I am converting a single family home into a multi-family home with a legal basement apartment. In order for my new layout to work the furnace room had to be relocated. Joe Button came to quote the job. He is very knowledgeable and gave me good advice on mounting/venting my tankless hot water heater in a small closet. He also provided me with his duct work supplier contact info. This was a huge help during my new duct work installation. The AC unit outside had to be moved and reconnected to the plenum and a new furnace installed. New gas lines from the meter to the furnace, tankless hot water heater, stove and BBQ were installed. The crew he showed up on time were reliable and took pride in their work. They even worked without me at the property I gave them access for the coded door. Little things like a new vibration pad under the ac unit was provided, painted my gas meter and they installed a new disconnect switch for the AC for no cost. They exceeded my expectations and came through with my tight deadline. I would highly recommend Button’s Heating and I will be using them again for any jobs in the future.     New Furnace and Installation

    I cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received from Button's Heating. My elderly parents furnace died during the very cold weather and Button's Heating came the same day, actually later in the evening to accommodate us and did a complete assessment. Two days later the furnace was installed and the young men that were sent to install the furnace were polite and courteous to my elderly parents. I would have absolutely no problem recommending BUTTON'S HEATING to anyone in need.

    Furnace replacement and water heater replacement

    Last winter our furnace died during the coldest day of the year. Todd Button saved the day, I called him late Saturday night and the next morning (Sunday) he brought over some space heaters, inspected and measured the area. He then ordered new duck work. Monday his crew arrived and replaced the furnace, He also noticed that the water heater pipes were rusted and changed the water heater, moved the water heater into the corner out of way, installed a new digital thermostat in the living room, returned the old water heater, filed for my home improvement rebate and took all the old furnace parts away. Frankly his service was beyond what anyone could expect. He had difficult furnace replacement done in less than 48 hours and the result of moving the thermostat to a new location and a new furnace and water heater was to save us almost 30% of our energy costs that more than paid for the replacements. Thanks again Todd. You saved the day....

    new furnace install

    The guys that installed my new furnace were very friendly and professional. I felt at ease throughout the installation process. They arrived on time and were done in a couple of hours, leaving no trace that they were here except for the new furnace

    Air Condition

    I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Buttons. Had an AC unit that wasn't working, other companies told me I needed a new unit ($5K) Todd came out and quoted it, he also looked at my furnace to make sure everything was good. Before we started on new, he suggested we have a tech take a look see just to be certain and the tech had it fixed for me in under 10 minutes!! Was a blown capacitor. As a female who looks after all our home maintenance needs, I never once felt talked down to during the process. The other guys that were rated high on home star wanted to sell me a new unit without inspection. Todd took more than enough time to explain and answer any questions. I don't remember the tech's name - but he was FANTASTIC!! I would recommend Todd and his team all day long. Can't say enough about their commitment to their customers and their business. I am a stay at home mom where every dollar counts and I'd pick these guys all day long. You won't regret having them out.
