    Furnace replacement

    I called Buttons Heating on the evening of March 19th and left a message for Todd requesting a quote on a new furnace, he called me back early the next morning to find out what the problem was, I advised him that my 20 year old furnace had finally stopped working and I needed the furnace replaced asap, as we had been without heat for over 2 days. Todd and his crew member Mike N. came out the same day to replace the furnace, they had it installed within 4 hours, they were very tidy, no mess left for me to clean up. I would like to thank them both very much for their very fast response to my furnace crisis. I would definitely recommend Buttons Heating & Air Conditioning as their professionalism was outstanding.

    Furnace, AC, tankless water heater, wifi thermostat

    I looked at 4 companies for this job. Buttons wasn't the cheapest but they were the most professional in terms of sales. There was no sleazy pressure tactics. In fact, I was reassured that Todd and Joe Buttons did the call themselves. It felt old school and right - they were punctual and professional. As opposed to the other three that were basically reading a script out of a book. Costco guy totally flaked on the first and second appointments (Mersey). As for installation, I was blown away by the craftsmanship and the above and beyond details. I wanted the furnace placement moved to add space. It cost a bit more but because they asked me questions they did everything to maximize space. As well, they showed up on time, protected my floors, were very friendly and they made it a pleasurable experience. The work was neat and looks great. The crew (Jon, John, Mike and mike) should be very proud of the work they did and a very happy client is the result. I would highly recommend buttons to anyone looking for Heating and cooling expertise.

    Furnace

    Our furnace had a mind of its own. (cutting in and out, more out than on!!) On Friday. Called Button through Homedepo. They called back and daughter errased message. Our heat was at 12 degree and I have a 2 and 5 year old and a teenager. Called back. Was nicely surprised when (GM) Nigel called back and said he would personnally come right over to help resolve the situation. He made a few calls and said "He could actually get someone out the next day." Nigel just showed what he had without any pressure! Mike and Johnathan show up early and did quality work with politiness! We are very pleased with every step of the process and would use Button again for any service that I need!! Thanks Again to all 3 of them!!

    Install gas fireplace / add furnace vents

    We contacted Button's to get some ideas on how to make our basement warmer. They did a thorough analysis of what we had and made some suggestions. The work was done very professionally. The suggestions were exactly what we needed. The basement is now very comfortable.

    Furnace Exhaust Fan replacement

    Our exhaust fan required replacement on a 9 year old furnace. Button's Heating helped us understand whether it was worth replacing the fan or if we should get a new furnace. They sourced the part quickly, scheduled the installation and was in done in 10 minutes. We are at ease now, especially with the cold weather Toronto has been having. We've used Button's Heating for our yearly maintenance for the past 7 years and used them install a AC unit 3 years ago. We will continue to use them with service like this.

    New Furnace, A/C, and Hot Water Tank

    Very impressed with Button's as a whole. Purchased a Trane furnace and a/c as well as Bradford-White hot water tank which were installed on Jan 14. Throughout the process, I felt no pressure and was just given the information I needed to make an informed decision. I felt like I received good value and the service was perfect! Nigel was really helpful in expediting the process and answering all of my questions, and Mike and Justin did a great job with the installation. It was really made easy with minimal inconvenience to me. Overall, I just felt like I was dealing with a nice, honest group of people, who really have a high focus on customer service - add to that a great product and there is no way you can go wrong. Thanks Nigel, and Mike and Justin for doing a great job!!! :) P.S. I hope I get to go to the Caribbean!! ;)

    installed furnace and hot water heater

    We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received. They arrived prompt and did the job in a professional manner. No mess and great workmanship. A positive experience overall. I can't thank Todd and his crew enough.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    Jonathan, Mike N and Chris installed our new furnace and AC in December 2014. We are very happy with their service. As well as Todd Button who sold us our units. Very professional and knowledgeable.

    Furnace, Tankless Water Heater

    Buttons Heating came in At 8 am right on time removed old and put in new appliances very clean when they left. Also yearly service maintenance the guys are right on time. If early they sit out side waiting till there time.

    Furnace & Fireplace Thermostat Replacement

    This is the second time that we've used Button's for service. Their sales and service guys were on time for all appointments, polite, easy to talk to and respectful of our home (covered their boots without having to be asked!). Furnace was replaced in a little over 3 hours and has been running perfectly since. We will be using them for service from now on. We highly recommend them.
