Brand new air conditioner installed by Button's. Very friendly and honest sales and genuinely nice, professional, and very clean group of guys did the install. When we need a new furnace we will be using this company for sure.

For those of you who are looking for a quick review, hire Buttons Heating and save yourself the time with others for estimates. We had a number of estimates from others referred to on HomeStars. Todd Button came to our home and provided the best full and frank estimate of everyone we spoke with. He was honest and only suggesting products we needed, not to make an extra dollar. Buttons Heating is fairly priced. Their prices are consistent with most of the estimates provided. Originally, we were only planning on having our air conditioner replaced. Our furnace was only 14 years old and we believed there was much life left. During the installation of the air conditioner, one of the installers had noticed a cracked heat exchanger. He showed me the issue, which resulted in having to have our furnace replaced as well...obviously a no brainer. Even though Buttons had only set aside the appropriate time for the air conditioner installation they bent over backwards to order, deliver and install the new furnace as well. We took the advice of Todd and went with a Trane air conditioner, air cleaner and furnace. I must say, this was the best advise we could have had. The air conditioner is quiet as ever and works like a charm. By no means is the purchase of an air conditioner and furnace attractive. Lets admit, nothing pretty to look at for the price we pay. Regardless, the entire process in dealing with the Buttons staff was top notch. I couldn't have asked to have better installers in my home. Justin, Ryan, Dan and Ross had a great sense of humour and did an excellent job in the installation. They were personable, knowledgable and clean! A runner was laid from the front door to the utility room. Absolutely no mess. Again, save yourself the time with other estimates and just hire Buttons. You won't be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with Buttons Heating Inc. Todd Button was very accomodating and professional. I advised him that my son and I had seasonal allergies and needed A/C installed asap in the new house. Todd Button arrived the eveing I moved in, and promised that my A/c would be installed the next day, and it was ! They did and excellent job. The A/C is quiet and efficient and cools the house nicely. I highly recommend this company!

Thank you Todd Button! We had a leak from our water heater and I tried to "fix it" myself. Following what sounded like an explosion and a flooded basement, we called Buttons in a panic. We had a comfort consultant on site extremely quickly (Sunday evening at 7pm). The consultant was calm, knowledgeable and quick, I am sure he saved me a few thousand dollars in repairs. The fee was fair and the service was top notch. I would definitely recommend Buttons to my family and friends, and will be calling on them again in the near future. Thanks again guys!

I was very happy with the service I received from Buttons. Our furnace (which was existing when we purchased our house) stopped producing heat. Buttons was one of three companies that I called as we needed someone out asap. Scheduling was easy and my questions were answered up front. A technician arrived same day, on time, did a test and walked us through what needed to be done. He had the part in his truck, fixed the problem and was done everything in about 20 minutes. This was a very easy fix. And I still have not heard back from the other two companies that I called .... Guess it's a good thing as I found Button's and would call them again, if needed.

This was an extremely positive experience from end to end. Brian arrived right on time for our appointment to provide an estimate. The estimate was not the cheapest I had been given, but it was most certainly the most upfront (no hidden costs). What he quoted was exactly what I paid, despite the fact that the installers ended up having to reroute several pipes. The installers were also on time and very courteous and professional. They laid down a carpet to make sure that they didn't track any dirt into the house or scratch the floors. The installation was incredibly efficient and they rerouted several pipes in such a way that they were out of the way and much more pleasing to the eye. The hot water heater works very well. I am very impressed with this company and will definitely call them should I need to replace my furnace or air conditioner.
