    furnace, air conditioner & water heater installation

    Wanted to let you know that Enbridge came and did their inspection – all is well – and the inspector paid your company a fine compliment: he said he inspects a lot of installs done by Buttons and the install is always done very well and he is impressed by the clean up!!! So, there you go.  Renee, I would like to repeat what I said before: your crew was great – professional, personable, patient with my questions, the work area was always clean and tidy both inside and out. When they were done, Mike explained everything to me and answered my questions and took time in showing me how to run my thermostat. And then there is you Renee, you have gone above and beyond in your assistance and information; I so very much appreciate you for this and thank you sincerely. I also enjoyed meeting Joe – he is great and is knowledgeable about his products and that comes through in his presentation, explanation and suggestions around the products that I needed.

    Air Conditioner

    Needed an Air Conditioner installed in a new home in April. Quotation process was very professional and representative was both knowledgable and helpful in providing options without any pressure tactics. Installation was scheduled with thorough communication and follow-up. Installation was easy and installers took the time to explain maintenance requirements. No mess left behind. All in all great experience.

    Furnace

    I had an emergency furnace problem this winter and Button's Heating was prompt and reliable. They have done work for me in the past and I have recommended them to friends and family who were also pleased with the service

    Inspection of gas fireplace and replacement of hot water heater

    HI Nigel, Just wanted to reach out to you and your co workers to thank you for all your hard work on my behalf. I was extremely grateful to you and Button’s for coming to my aid when my client needed an inspection of her gas fireplace to satisfy a buyer for her home in South Ajax. Not only did you immediately reply but arranged to have your technician come early the next morning to do the work. The deal did go through and the client is still singing your praises! Added to that is the fact that when I mentioned that I was in the market for a new water heater in my own home you quoted me a fair price and had it installed the very next day! Now my family is free to take showers all in the same time block without someone drawing the “short (and cold) straw”. Customer service is at the top of or list and we aim to delivery the best. Mario (the technician) was more than happy to get there very early to inspect the gas fireplace and in doing so help with the sale of the house. I suppose you can consider this a case of "going that extra mile" to help a customer. All of our service technicians and installers are fully licensed and insured so keep us in mind whenever you need Furnace and A/C service done.     Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Water Heater

    In December, the Button’s Heating and Air Conditioning helped us with an emergency when our furnace broke down (it broke down on our baby’s due date and we were planning to have a home birth). They were very accommodating and were able to push our appointment up because of our situation. Their service was excellent and they seem to really care about helping us out the best they could. Because of this experience, we decided to go with Button’s again for our air conditioner this May. Again their customer service was exceptional, as we met with Todd Button who explained to us what our options were for our air conditioner. In fact, we also decided to replace our water heater as well. On the installation day, our installers were efficient in their work and were also friendly. We are happy to be customers of Button’s and will continue to do business with them in the future. We would recommend people to Button’s who are looking to get heating and air conditioning work done from a family-owned business who cares about their customers.

    Air conditioning install

    Bought a Daikin machine. Quote was competitive; Todd B. was professional and fair (very rare in comparison to others). Installers were ontime, quick, and organized. They also pointed out some care instructions afterwards. Will DEFINITELY use again, and will always recommend. Thank You.

    water heater replacement

    All aspects were handled professionally promptly in the promised time frame. From the sales person to the installers. Have had no problems. The same comments apply to a new furnace replacement done 10 years ago which is why I keep coming back to Buttons

    Heating / Air Conditioning

    Replaced my A/C, Heater, Water Heater, Air Cleaner, and Humidifier. Buttons had quoted me a very fair price and within one week the installers were on site. Extremely professional crew. The best installation I have seen in any home. Don't bother going anywhere else, go to Buttons.

    Air conditioning unit

    Button's replaced our a/c unit and their price, service and profession ism were exemplary. They also service our furnace on a regular basis and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

    New AC Install

    I interviewed a few companies including the bigger ones and ended up going with Buttons. Very professional service from start to finish. Todd who is the sales rep. is very professional and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time and did an AMAZING job and was so neat and clean when done. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for professional service. Big companies don't matter, its how you service your clients and provide professional service and Buttons delivered!
