We woke up to no hot water therefore I called Button right away. They fixed our furnance last year and we were very happy with how professional and good they were. So Jeff came and looked at potential problems, we tried fixing which didn't work. However he explained to us the options which was very helpful and informative. So thank you again for your expertise.

My house had baseboard heaters so I had Button's come in and install a full duct system. I must say I was very impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. The guys never seemed to rush the job and always were sure to take the time and figure out the best layout that worked for me. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Our air conditioner broke down during the heat wave last wee!. I searched Homestars and read the amazing reviews on Button's Heating. I called them immediately and their Service Technician, Mario came the same day to inspect our air conditioner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained that the compressor & fan motor had to be replaced, but due to the age of the air conditioner it was advisable to replace the entire unit. I appreciated his honesty. Mario provided a quotation and coordinated an installation date. Three days later, installers Allan & Mike H. arrived at 8:15 am to install the unit. Both were extremely cheerful and knowledgeable. Allan took the time to explain the installation process. They were very respectful of my home...the first thing they did was lay runners through my hall and downstairs to the basement. I was worred that they may not install it as it was pouring rain, but they each smiled and said not to worry "rain or shine" I would have AC today! They each worked diligently throughout the morning, fine tuned the unit and I had air by 11:30 am. Allan & Mike were soaking wet with rain, but finished the job! :) Now that's what I call "Customer Service". Thank you to the entire Button's Heating team! I will certainly recommend your company.

A technician (Mario) came to look at my existing unit within half hour after I called. The A/C was replaced with a Daikin within a week after that-Mario made an effort to get this done quickly as I had a wedding commitment. The technicians (Allan, Mike Hill) showed up on time and completed the job in a tidy and timely manner. They took the time to explain the work . I have no hesitation to recommend Button's. They replaced my furnace 5 years ago and I have dealt with them since then.

I was provided with great customer service. The technicians for efficient and hardworking. How are strongly encourage anybody looking for how to put an air conditioner replacement to seek these guys out.

The salesman was very accomodating by scheduling the installation within a few days. The technicians showed up on time and completed the job in a tidy and timely manner. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

After nearly 25yrs we decided we needed a new A/C unit. After receiving several quotes we decided to go with Button's. Joe came over and provided us with different options to suit our budget and needs. No pressure tactics and no over-sell..........much appreciated. The installers (Chris, Mike and Dan) arrived on time and did a great job putting in our new Daikin unit. They made sure we were completely happy with the install and couldn't have been more friendly. Button's Heating did a tremendous job with installing both heating and air conditioning into our home. Before the HVAC work took place, Todd Button took the time to meet with us to assess our space and provided us with different options that would best meet our needs. We had no idea on what HVAC work entailed and so, Todd was very thorough in explaining the whole process, as well as the different product lines. It was an easy decision to go with Button's given their knowledge and experience in the industry. The team that helped install HVAC (Mike, Dave, and Rusty) were awesome! They took care in doing the ducting and consulted with us to get ideas on what we wanted. They did a phenomenal job on the installation and it was very clean! I'm impressed with the speed of delivery (just took 5 days). I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others - Button's Heating is top notch and you will be very happy with their level of service and expertise. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
