1. The equipment is Trane which is a well-known and reliable product.
2. The guarantee from Home Depot is the added insurance. Button’s offer their guarantees in writing, but Home Depot has one of the most strident reputations for making sure vendors do the job right.
3. The final price with promotions (tablet, wifi thermostat, $650 rebate) and discounts made it the best deal.
4. Craig our sales consultant was very professional and easy to talk to. He wanted your business, so he follow up promptly, answered all my questions, checked with the managers to see if they could meet our deadlines. You could tell they didn’t promise anything, just to get the business.
With the new furnace, the water tank needed to be upgraded. Buttons recommended I stay with my present supplier, but after numerous calls they couldn’t get it done on time, I asked Craig if he could step up. He did. Without asking, his manager even discounted the installation fee because of the jam the old vendor put me in. They handled the tank return to the old vendor without charge. In addition, Craig came by the house, to inspect every inch of the installation. He takes pride in the work. Buttons also handled the paperwork to get the $650 rebate for us.
