    Furnace

    Button's Heating and Air Conditioning were recommended to us when we decided to install a new furnace. They were very efficient and courteous. There was not mess to clean up when they were finished the job. I would recommend them to my friends.

    Furnace/Central Air Conditioning

    My Wife and I had Button Heating install a new Furnace and Central Air Unit back in November 2013.From Nigel the sales representative to Mike and his crew of installers, they were top notch and very professional.Nigel was there to answer all of our questions in regards to what furnace/central air unit would be right for our home.He walked us thru the energy ratings and projected savings on our hydro and gas bills and then explained Button's warranty plans.We had a Friday installation date and were told that the Crew would be there at 9am,they showed up right on time and went right to work.Once the installation was complete and the Crew did an amazing job cleaning up, Mike stayed late on a Friday afternoon and showed my wife and I how to use the Ecobee thermostat.A thoroughly professional job by Button's.We would highly recommend this company to anybody.

    heating & air conditioning

    We decided to replace our HVAC system after experiencing problems with our furnace during the cold snap in December 2013. We received proposals from several companies. Todd from Buttons’ was very knowledgeable and informative. He presented various options and we decided on a package which included the furnace, air conditioning and water heater. He also represented the company as a very professional and competent organization which it turned out to be. On the day of the installation the crew showed up on time and the first thing they did was roll out a red carpet from the front door to the furnace so they wouldn’t dirty the house. The installation crew were also very professional, paid attention to detail while being friendly. They even repaired a couple minor issues which were not part of the contract. The whole job took about 7 hours and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Todd had told us that the new furnace would help even out the temperature in 2 corner rooms which were always colder than the rest of the house. After a month with the new heating system it didn’t totally eliminate the problem but made it a lot better which is what he said would happen. They also made it very easy to apply for the OPG rebates. All in all we are very happy with our choice.

    HVAC A?C

    New A/C, water heater, thermostat and a whole home media filter. Due to the age of our A/C (28 years) it was time for a replacement and rec’d many quotes. Ricardo from Button’s very knowledgeable and professional. He was the only salesperson that realized our cold air return needed to be enlarged to help the furnace and A/C with air flow. He explained the various products and never made me feel pressured. They came on time and did everything as per the contract, Good to their word. Follow-up and paperwork support by their staff was great. I’m very happy so far.

    Furnace. A/C, Hotwater Tank

    We had our installation in August 2013. I happy to report that all systems are working perfectly I chose Button’s Heating because of four things; equipment, guarantees, price and staff 1. The equipment is Trane which is a well-known and reliable product. 2. The guarantee from Home Depot is the added insurance. Button’s offer their guarantees in writing, but Home Depot has one of the most strident reputations for making sure vendors do the job right. 3. The final price with promotions (tablet, wifi thermostat, $650 rebate) and discounts made it the best deal. 4. Craig our sales consultant was very professional and easy to talk to. He wanted your business, so he follow up promptly, answered all my questions, checked with the managers to see if they could meet our deadlines. You could tell they didn’t promise anything, just to get the business. With the new furnace, the water tank needed to be upgraded. Buttons recommended I stay with my present supplier, but after numerous calls they couldn’t get it done on time, I asked Craig if he could step up. He did. Without asking, his manager even discounted the installation fee because of the jam the old vendor put me in. They handled the tank return to the old vendor without charge. In addition, Craig came by the house, to inspect every inch of the installation. He takes pride in the work. Buttons also handled the paperwork to get the $650 rebate for us. I would strongly recommend Button’s Heating.

    Furnace & Air Conditioner

    We finally converted from electric baseboard heating/gas fireplace and had Button's install a furnace, with all the duct work, and an air conditioner for us. From the moment Nigel came for the initial visit, to the design, and the hard work of installation, we had nothing but exceptional service. Nigel was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and took his time to explain and ensure we understood all the details. Mike B. came in and we appreciated how he took his time to thoroughly look through our home to ensure they could put in the duct work in the least invasive way. They did exactly that! Jonathan, Mike N. and Ryan did an exceptional job installing everything. They were pleasant and made sure everything was tidy and cleaned up before they left each day. Craig came into the project a little later and we appreciated his friendliness and his ongoing commitment to be there for us should we ever have a concern. We felt comfortable from the moment we met them, and we highly recommend their service to everyone! They did an amazing job! Thanks Button's!

    FURNACE INSTALL

    READ THE FINE PRINT!! they'll tell you 10 years parts & labour, well less than 1.5 years after spending over 5k I've got no heat, was told "that's emergency service it's $129.00 per hour". Tried to make an appointment for next day repair, "you have to call tomorrow after 8am". Now that's customer service for you. Mother needs a new furnace, Not from Buttons

    New Trane Furnace

    After losing heat on New Years Eve and determining that we needed a new furnace, and then received a family referral, we called Button's Heating. The service we received from the first call was excellent. After calling and speaking with Nigel at 9 am, Todd Buttons arrived at our home at 10 am on one of the coldest days of the season. After receiving his estimate and another competitive one that day, Todd offered to come back later the same day to go over the details of estimate again with my husband. Todd's service was impeccable --- patient, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. His estimate was comparable and in the end, we believe we received the best price for the best furnace with the best service. We booked with Button's and had the new furnace installed the next day. The installers were very efficient, professional and courteous especially Mike who seemed to have everything under control. Todd called that evening to ensure all went well and is planning an additional visit to review the installation. The house is warm and the furnace is working beautifully! Overall, an excellent experience. We highly recommend Button's and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

    New Furnace/AC and Water Heater

    Our 20+ year old home furnace had reached the end of its service life choosing to die just as the winter season was at its absolute coldest. We chose the good folks at Button's Heating to replace and update our heating, air-conditioning and water heating systems because of our previous experiences with them on a commercial basis. From the initial service visits of Jeff and Mario, who left us additional heaters to offset the loss of our furnace, to the installers, Jonathan, Mike N, Ryan, Justin, Mike H and Evans we were impressed with the professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service from the Button's Team. The little things like introducing themselves individually to mopping up an unavoidably wet floor before they left provided us with an overall wonderful outcome at a seemingly dire time. The new energy efficient equipment works wonderfully and appears neat and tidy too. Honestly, if not for the frequent update conversations that took place while they were installing the new equipment, you'd hardly know that they were here and had done as much work as they did. Their (Button’s Heating) prices are competitive. Their people are outstanding!

    New trance

    My wife and I were in the market for a new furnace and got estimates from several different companies. Nigel at Button's went way beyond anybody else to give us what we wanted. Very happy with them. Installers were fantastic as well to keep everything tidy.
