This week I had a new Furnace, A/C, Air Clean, Humidifier, Thermostat, and Tankless Water System installed by Buttons Heating. Buttons sales associate Nigel helped me select the system perfect for my needs and my home. The technicians completed the installation in a professional manner, work completed on time, the work area left neat and clean. Very pleased, highly recommended.

My wife and I were in the market for a new furnace and got estimates from several different companies. Nigel at Button's went way beyond anybody else to give us what we wanted. Very happy with them. Installers were fantastic as well to keep everything tidy.

This company was recommended by Home Depot, but they have a really bad customer Service. The humidifier is not working properly and when I called them to review the humidifier they said that they could come after two weeks and I had to pay "a diagnosis" and it will be $130.00. On the top of that will be the cost of repair or the cost of any piece that it needs.

Right off the bat I liked these guys right away. Nigel, one of the sales reps is extremely knowledgeable and personable. My particular installation was slightly out of the ordinary so Mike came by just to make sure Buttons wasn't missing any details. Mike, with his vast experience recommended a few minor modifications to our plan. Nigel was by the house several times to double check on some measurements and offer advice on how to proceed. We are doing a major reno and our furnace/water heater replacement as well as the new installation of central air went without a hitch because these guys are very very good. The crew came by about 8 am and 5 great guys from Buttons went to work removing all the old equipment, installing the new stuff inside, outside and in a cold zone crawl space. The guys were professional, courteous and skilled. They also ran a new duct line, took care of the wiring to the panel and "Buttoned" everything up just great! Oh and they were done in one day. Nigel has called back a few times making sure we are satisfied with the equipment and the installation. Hiring Buttons Heating is like having your family and friends over. These guys bend over backwards to satisfy their customers! Highly recommend them! And thanks again guys, excellent job!

Found Button's through a list of trades circulating in my neighbourhood. Really liked salesman Ricardo, who was kind to my kids and very patient. Liked his pitch and the fact Button's is a family biz and has values so signed up without getting multiple quotes. Installation crew was fast and efficient. Slight mixup - they marked down that it was a replacement aircon instead of new. I was worried about permits and ESA inspections, so called a few days later. They quickly, without hesitation, rectified the situation, took out a permit and sent the ESA over. Also charming: they slapped a Button's contact sticker on the furnace. It has an emergency pager # and two phone numbers. The third number apparently is the personal home number of one of the owners.

Pros: The team is very personable and polite. Available relatively quickly. When they get to work, they do it very quickly. Cons: They made a mistake and tried to pretend they did what I wanted. I needed to run an air duct into one of the rooms of my house, fix another one, which was disconnected, and run the return duct from the second floor. The closest appointment for assessment was the next day (big brownie point), the closest date of work done - within a week. However, when I came home after the work was done and team left, I discovered than the duct that was disconnected has been re-attached to the wrong duct. The end result should have been the air flow in one of the rooms, but there was no air movement there. Also, I asked for the return duct to stick as close the wall as possible, to save the space, but the end result took 10 cm of my kitchen space for no particular reason. When I called the company, the agent who did my assessment first tried to insist that they did exactly what I wanted. I objected, telling that I wanted the air to flow, not the duct reconnected to God knows where. After a brief conversation the agent agreed to send the air duct team back. They came back the same day and fixed the problems, although they couldn't bring the return duct as close to the wall as I wanted because they ran out of bends. Thankfully, my carpenter found a way around it. Overall, these guys did their job, so they earned they money, but I wish they would come more prepared.

I had Button's people over to service my existing furnace and A/C. Wow - very impressed! Punctual, professional service, and the serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations and I feel I got fantastic value for the money. I've dealt with Joe and his people in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I trust Joe; he tells you everything up front so there are no surprises, and is a man of his word. I'm pleased to enthusiastically recommend him and his company!

I was very impressed with this company from the start to finish - I received 4 quotes and the sales consultants (Aaron and Craig) from Buttons Heating were the only ones that performed a detailed load calcuation test to ensure that the correct equipment is installed. The installers were very efficient, professional and very patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Overall an excellent experience. Very satisfied with the Trane AC - good cooling performance and quiet operation. Ecobee thermostat very user friendly and WI-FI enabled.

Found these guys are this website and took a chance since the reviews were good. Very pleased with there sales and workmanship. Everyone was professional and curtious. Little more expensive but the quality and service is what I was looking. Its been about a month now and all is good.
