This Company is First Class in every aspect. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. They covered my carpets with their own sheeting. Mike and Russ worked diligently and finally completed the installation by vacuuming up any dust that was made. A Company I would have no hesitation in recommending! A credit to Joe Button!!

Mario from Button's Heating was honest and I was confident in his ability to fix the issue. He arrived on time, was neat and assured me the problem was resolved. Button's replaced our furnace as well and all their technicians are pleasant and hardworking.

I had a few jobs done by Buttons Heating Inc. Todd and his team did an excellent job everytime. They installed my a/c, furnace and water heater. Todd's team was courteous and professional. They paid attention to detail and executed a flawless installation. I would strongly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

What an amazing experience... From the sales rep, Craig to the technicians that did the install, two Mike's, John and the other John who came later to assist, all were very professional, and knowledgeable at what they did..The work in my home was completed on time and with an excellent attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Once again, Button's Heating has come through for us again. Our air conditoner died on us just as the Toronto heatwave was ending. We needed help right away, as I am asthmatic. Todd came as soon as possible and quickly assessed the situation. The following day he sent Jeff, a technician out, who concluded that the air conditioner was unrepairable. Todd and Jeff were most helpful with trying to select a new air conditioner for us. We finally decided on one, and it was installed within a week!!! Thanks to Mike, Jeff and the other guy, (who I did not get his name, sorry) for their great workmanship in getting the job done. We finally have cool air. Bring on the heat and humidty! Thank you, Button's Heating, once again. :)

The Button's team was a pleasure to be involved with! Our initial phone contact with Marlene set the friendly, professional tone that would continue throughout the process. We then spoke at length with knowledgeable Sales Manager, Aaron, who also emailed us back and forth with quotes and ideas. Aaron arranged to have Dave Button, one of the company owners, come to our home to assess our needs that afternoon. Because of a chronic illness in our family, it was urgent that our AC unit be replaced ASAP. Despite it being peak season and in the midst of a heat wave, the Button's team was dedicated to making our installation a priority. The install team, headed by John, arrived right when they were supposed to, and energetically began the work. As they had said it would be, our new AC unit was in and working well within a few hours. Even the Office/Accounts Manager, Renee, was a pleasure to speak with. She ensured that our invoice was correct and appropriate for insurance purposes. In the desperate heat of recent days, my air conditioner stopped working. I called a number of providers - many whom prioritize customers with service contracts - who were understandably booked. Button's Heating took my contact information and with an appointment cancelation, called me right away. They were at my house within the hour. Mario was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about products and services. Within a half and hour, he had identified the issue and repaired the problem. When I asked him, he offered no-obligation suggestions of products for when I'm prepared to replace my unit. Both Button's Heating and Mario were a joy to do business with and I'll contact them for any of my A/C or heating needs.

My air condition went bust. I called several. All wanted lots of $-- to change everything. Buttons changed only what was broken, cost me 1/3. Prompt, courteous, most reasonable. Use them!

The guys at Button's did a awesome job with their installation work! They were very friendly, professional and personable lads with great sense of humors! Button"s installed Trane High Efficiency Heating and Air, annually they serviced it. Two days ago Brian came to do the tune up noticed water on the furnace room floor, it's my water heater. Early morning today Todd and Ryan installed my Bradfordwhite water heater. They even installed to where I like it. Cheers!!!!
