I had an Air conditioner moved from one location to another,Todd and his partner did an amazing job,they came in put down drop sheets kept the basement area cleaned explained what was happening and kept us informed at all times.Even when they needed to install a new line to the electrical box it was done very professionally,when they were done they cleaned up after themselves.Todd turned on the system and checked the registers to see for clod air flow! They hit it out of the Park. Thanks Button Heating. Great job!!!

I called Button's because they are a Trane dealer, and they are familiar with the type of eqpt. that I have in my home. The technician's name was Brian, and he listened to all my concerns about some previous problems that I have had with other companies that have come in to service my HVAC eqpt. He was very thorough in checking everything over for this summer and for the upcoming heating season. Replced a part on the furnace and checked A/C for proper operation. Now I have peace of mind that everything is in good working order. He told me to give Button's a call if there are any problems, very polite, knowledgeable and courteous! Thank you Button's, I will not hesitate to use your company again.

Brian was very thorough, punctual, meticulously clean in carrying out his work and courteous. He explained everything to me and taped up some joints to ensure maximum flow. I was very satisfied with his work and would want him back on any future service call needs. I give top rating on satisfaction and would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

These guys were fantastic from Sales thru to Installation. After doing some research on other products I settled on the Trane and contacted Button's through Home Depot. The sales guy was prompt in returning my call and answered many questions for me over the phone from general to specific. When we got together he was professional and walked my wife and I through all the various options and wasn't pushy helping us to defer less essential options instead of going for the upsell. The installation team was on time and were clean and thorough. The quality of the work appears top notch nothing that looks like a hack job. Could recommend these folks enough!

We purchased a home in June 2012 and we knew it needed a new furnace since it was the original one from 1978. We also wanted to have central air put in. In September 2012 (sorry this review took so long) I called around a few places and had 4 people come to the house to provide us with quotes. I'm not going to say that they were the cheapest because they weren't HOWEVER they were the only ones that took the time to really explain everything to me. During the estimate process, Rick Lawson took the time to show me the unit that I currently had and explained all of the functionalities. He then asked what my expectations were. After a few questions, he was able to provide me with a few options and upgrades. We ended up putting in a new furnace, a new thermostat, central air, a new water tank, a water pump and we had to move some of the air ducts to allow optimal air flow. I would definitely recommend Button's Heating to anyone I know looking to have this type of work performed. The guys are polite, friendly and professional. We chose Buttons after doing some research and getting referrals from others on how great the service was, and we were not disappointed. Todd, Russ and Dan were very friendly to deal with and ensured we knew everything about our air conditioner before they left. We will definitely refer them to our family and friends!!

The team of Todd, Mike N, and Mike H. came on time and performed the installation in one day. I was amazed by their level of professionalism. They worked simultaneously, each on its area of expertise and the results are as expected. The furnace is now heating the house silently and I am sure that the A/C will work also perfectly - when the time of cooling comes.
