The installers showed up on time and explained everything to me during the whole process. They protected my floors during the install and cleaned up after. They showed me how to use every thing and ensured all the old furnace and air conditioner were diposed of in an environmentally freindly mannor. Great Job!

From start to finish these guys were true professionals. Peter took his time with the quote providing me all the options so I could make an informed decision. When the installation date came the installation team was on time, well equipped (no trips to the hardware store) and very polite. The job was completed quickly and they left my basement spotless! Thank you Jonathan, Todd, Chris and Peter. I want to rate them an 11 but it will only allow 10 stars!

They were very informative, efficient and courteous. They responded quickly to my initial product request and installed system at their first opportunity which happened to be same week as order went in. We would recommend them without any reservation. Looking to have them install humidifier upon next yearly maintenance check.

A few weeks back during the colder weather my furnace was inspected and red-tagged I called 4-5 contractors immediately and received quotes A few would only give me quotes over the phone...lol Joe from buttons came to my house on a sunday morning to review my furnace After reading reviews here at homestars I went with Buttons The reviews here on his competitor were not good Joe had given me aoptiions and I went with his furnace rental program ,a fairly new option with his company The crew from buttons showed up early( they had called to ask if it was ok) By the time I got home from work they were in the final stages and cleaning up The crew was highly professional,polite and left the work space cleaner than when they arrived I would recommend them to anyone

We were looking for an extension of 60 feet worth of natural gas line so we could use our barbecue for this summer. After extensive online review reading, we ended up choosing Buttons. Richard came to do our estimate. He was extremely punctual (came up our driveway at the exact time as promised) and was very accomodating for our actual service date. On the day of, Todd, Mike and Dan came to do the job. They were quick, courteous, knowledgeable and clean. It was a job well done and we will definitely consider using them for our furnace needs down the road as well! (We were looking to do other home improvements as well, and Todd even offered to forward some contractor names to us! Very helpful!)

Tod came in and quickly and expertly fixed someone else's pervious mistake in installing my electronic air cleaner. He also fixed a few other things not done right that would have led to some costly repairs in the future. This not a fly by night company! These are honest people. I highly recommend Button's Heating Inc.

We had Button's Heating install a new Trane furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and hot water tank. Our sales consultant, Steve Thomas, is extremely personable. He is honest and caring, and provided good advice on the products and our needs. There were no high pressure sales tactics and he patiently answered all our questions and concerns. The installation crews of Todd, Trevor, Jonathan, and John were very professional, friendly and hard working; they all worked efficiently and diligently as a team, and cleaned up the work site very nicely. They took the time to show us how the furnace, humidifier and programmable thermostat worked and repeatedly told us to never hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. And lets not forget the ladies who run the show, Lidy and Alison. They made sure all the paperwork, rebates and warranties were in order and made any adjustments/corrections where necessary. Button's Heating prides itself on excellent customer service and they do not disappoint...they really do care about their customers. It's been a few months since the installation and already we see the benefits and savings. Thank you Button's Heating for your outstanding service.

High praises to the "Button" crew regarding the installation of our Trane A/C, Furnace, and hot water tank. From start to finish we dealt with professionals who obviously enjoyed and took pride in what they were doing.. Starting with Rick who provided us with lots of information so we could make an informed decision and all without pressure. Then came the 2 man maintenance team who removed our old A/C early to allow for site repair/prepare. Sorry, did not get their names, but were very courteous and removed the old cement blocks and patio stones the old A/C sat on and asked if they could place them in the garage for me. The installation crew (Todd, Mike and Dan), what can I say, , true professionals and also nice people. From beginning to end everything was explained in great detail and there was always time for questions and answers. We would rate Button's and their hard working staff very highly, a "10" for sure. Many thanks for a job well done.

Om Tue May 27 we had Buttons come in with a crew (Todd, Chris & John) to install a new AC unit. They rewired everything and made it all look nice. The crew even swept up the floor and left everything in prestine condition. Service was great and quality of pprduct is definately worth the money. I had asked to leave a wire outside so we could install a plug and they ended up doing it for us. Thanks for saving me the hassle. You guys were great! Also Steve the sales guy was great, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. I can see why this company has been around for a long time. Great job guys. Thanks for the hard work and i would definately recommend you use these guys for your AC and furnace needs. Albert

BUTTON'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING installed a new Trane AC unit yesterday (March 22/2012). A neighbour used them 4 years ago and highly recommended the company and is more than happy with the Trane furnace and AC they installed. A family friend also gave Button's high praise, with these two recommendations I didn't bother to get any other quotes. You won't find a better salesman than Pete, he knows the product and can answer all your questions. John, Todd and Chris were the installation team, very professional and friendly, answered any questions I had and left the basement and yard spotless when they were finished. I'm pleased to say using BUTTON'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING was the right choice and will most definitely use them again when my furnace needs replacing. Dave W
