Wow.. I am truly impress of the installation and communication of this company. The original 13SEER order was back ordered and Button managed to get me an upgrade to 15 SEER without additional cost. They showed up on time and installation was clean and smooth. I wish all companies took the samee approach as Button. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. I will be getting an air filter system down the road. Thanks a lot Button. Well worth the extra money for a quality installation.

I just got a JSW 50G hot water tank and Trane XV-95 furnace installed by Buttons. They didn't insatll anti_scald valve for my hot water tank. This mixing valve is for limit hot water temperature to not more than 49 degreeC. I have confirmed with Ontario Building Code that it is code to install it when replace a hot water tank.Buttons said it is NOT include in the price. How can they gave a quote without follow the code? The quote I got from Home Depot is $1420, which include a new tank, a mixing valve and all installation. With the same price, Buttons just include a new tank and installation. They charge another $250 for a mixing valve. I think they are over-priceing.

Our furnace and airconditioner was installed in a very efficient manner with excellent clean-up by the crew of Todd, Bill, Jonahan and Jared. Good job guys. The wife and l would recommend this outfit to any one looking for a wonderful installation.

Button's is a top notch company. They are professional, polite, courteous, clean and efficient. We interviewed 6 companies and Button's stood way out above the others. Because we were replacing just about every piece of heating and cooling equipment we had (as well as converting from oil to gas), it was important to us that the installation be done properly. The thing that sold us on Button's was that the installation crews consisted of sons of the owners and long-time employees. Our crew (Todd, Jerrod, John) were outstanding. Great guys, who knew their jobs inside & out. They were friendly, polite, considerate and very skilled at their trade. They went above and beyond our expectations and were very careful not to let any of our furry creatures out the door. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Button's and we will continue using them for all our annual maintenance. Thanks to all the gang at Button's - David, Rick, Todd, Jerrod, John, Mark - we enjoyed having you in our home. All the best for continued success. P.S. Everything works perfectly.

We have used Button's Heating for several years for our AC & Furnace maintenance even though they weren't the original equipment installers. They came highly recommended by friends & have lived up to that recommendation in many ways. They are punctual, extremely courteous, respond promptly in emergency situations, are tidy when working, advise about all potential rebates & do the appropriate claims filing, explain all work before & after & explain products that are best suited (price & efficiency) for the job.

Replaced electric furnace and central air with a Trane, 2 stage and a XL15i Heat pump. Salesman (Gord) very knowledgeable and not pushy. Spent 2-3 hours with us explaining options/warranty/pricing. Installation very professional and clean. Had to call regarding a minor service issue and Buttons showed up that morning. Had 4 different quotes and Buttons was not the cheapest, but I went with them because of referrals and I am glad I did.

Initial consultation professional, punctual, and informative with Rick Lawson. No pressure to make a decision on purchase immediately. Installation by Mike and crew went well except a window in the basement was cracked during the process. However a remedy for the problem was easily agreed upon. I must give them credit for their response time to correct any problems. About 1 month after the installation of the tankless, it started to malfunction and the "motherboard" needed to be replaced. They were quick to respond and correct the problem. Also the external thermometer needed to be moved because it was installed in the direct sunlight for the heat pump and likewise they were quick to respond and correct. Overall a good experience so far.

replaced all our old oil fired ( oil tank )and electrical heating equipment and heat pump with new high efficiency products . The whole crew was very thorough , kept the mess to a minimum and did the job on time with no unexpected changes.

Had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed. Smart advice and friendly service at all times from Buttons. Clean and prompt with great follow-up. Good value, good choice. Highly recommended.

Steve Thomas showed us, that there is also "professional and good customer service" in the HVAC Industry. We had only dealt with Embridge and what a nightmare! He came to our place in the middle of this winter's only snow storm! I was impressed on the most HONEST, clear and professional advice he gave us which was greatly appreciated and solve our "nightmare" For now when we are ready to replace our furnance, we will be calling Button's for sure!. I have already spread the word to all my friends and family to call them should they ever need a heating Company. I would gladly give them 11+ rating . Keep up the good work THank you
