BUTTON'S HEATING WAS RECOMMENDED THRU A FRIEND SO I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS FROM THE START. SO FROM THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, GETTING MY QUOTE TO THE LAST DAY OF INSTALLATIONS, THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCTS. IT FELT LIKE THERE WAS A CERTAIN LEVEL OF PRIDE TO WORK FOR 'BUTTON'S HEATING' THAT SHOWED THRU WITH EACH OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT WE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH. WHETHER IT WAS TODD IN SALES,JERROD & JONATHAN IN INSTALLATION, OR EARL (THE OWNER) WHO FOLLOWED UP ON SATISFACTION OF THE WORKMANSHIP - THEY ALL HANDLED THEMSELVES VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND BUTTON'S TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A NEW FURNACE OR A/C OR JUST PLAIN SERVICE.

We had Todd and his Uncle Joe sell us a complete new Goodman system for heating and Air Conditioning. We also purchased a Navien tankless water heater. We had some problems initially with the water heater but Mark from service came within 4 hours of our call. He brought in a representative from Navien who replaced the whole unit. It had a defective computer chip but has been working very well since then. The installation of all three items took place on one of the hotest days and the guys were excellent. Everything was left so clean and all garbage was removed. Todd went the extra mile and took our tank back to enbridge. We chose Buttons as they had repaired our old furnace which was under contract with Direct energy. We had so much trouble getting the repairs done corectly that we called in an independent company to help us. When we decided to get a new system a few years later, under the government incetive plan, we chose Buttons. Buttons has surpassed all our expectations for installation and service. We have to say that Todd is wonderful to deal with. There is no high pressure sales and he follows through. Great customer service!

Exceptional service! Gord told us he wouldn't even consider installing a new A/C unit unless we had return vents installed on the upper floor of our story-and-a-half home. No other company even mentioned how important air circulation was. Very clean, quick installation. Everything explained well. Unit works great so far and first time in YEARS we cna sleep on the upper floor without sweating! I highly recommend button's!!

We just had a new high effy. furnace TRANE(XV95), 3-ton 15 SEER A/C TRANE(XL15i), 5" media filter & programmable thermostat installed by Button's Heating Inc. on Aug.04/10.Everyone from salesman ..Gord to the installation team...Mike, Bill & Rich were very professional , courteous and efficient.Gord did an excellent job of explaining the products.. options, pricing warranty etc. and answered all of our questions.The team arrived slightly ahead of schedule on a very HOT day and wasted no time in removing and disposing of the old equipment.They installed all of the new equipment, working very well as a coordinated team and paying attention to details such as ensuring that all the pipes & lines were neatly dressed & tied back, seams and joints properly sealed etc.They cleaned up and removed all of the debris once installation was complete.They ran & tested equipment to ensure everything was operating correctly and explained details to us before leaving.We are very satisfied with the results .. eveything is running perfectly. Summer came too early in May 2010 but unfortunately our A/C broke down. It was really hot and we're expecting June would be much worst. Our budget is tight and we can't afford to pay cash, I heard about Button Heating Inc. thru an officemate and immediately got hold of the number thru a home improvement store.... spoke to Steve Thomas who immediately scheduled a visit at home. I'm not around but he was very professional to explain to my wife the scope of work and equipment involved and gave us a reasonable competitive quote. He committed to mobilize within a week. I took a half day off and when I arrived at home the technicians was started surveying the exterior of the house and started pre-work in dismatling the old A/C unit. In less than 4 hours the job was completed and they also cleaned up the messy old wirings and pipings of the old installation. In short they walked the extra mile to make their customer happy and provide excellent quality of wwork. They installed Trane A/C and now I need to call only one maintenance service since my existing furnace is also Trane. BTW I got a 1 year to pay terms Steve arranged with the home improvement store. So when the heat wave came in June, we were ready and since then and as of this writing we are enjoying the comfort of Trane A/C provided by Button Heating Inc., but I feel bad.... the rating is up to 10 stars only, they deserve an 11 or 12. Cheers.

I contacted Button's heating Inc. for a quote on getting a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Joe Buttons came the next day to give me the quote. Once I had accepted the proposal, a date was arranged for installation. Within two and a half weeks, Jonathan, Jared and Perry arrived to do the removal of my old equipment and installation of new. They worked quickly and professionally on one of the hottest days of the year to get everything up and running and to remove and dispose of our old equipment. We are very pleased with our new systems!

Button's came in to replace a non-functioning central air system and we decided to replace the 15-year-old furnace at the same time. We chose a complete Trane system because it is highly rated by consumer sites. They even walked us through the rebate programs, which was great. The installation went very smoothly BUT I discovered after they left that the furnace was propped up with pieces of pipe and scrap metal to make it level.! It does not look very professional. They should have spent more time figuring out how to lay the furnace flat on our tiled floor (they could have removed a tile or two). The rest of the install was excellent. They removed a giant box above the old furnace (it was a gravity-feed system at one time) and built a new and smaller one that could move the air more efficiently. This sidesplit house is tricky to heat and cool. Works much better now.

What an exceptional team! Todd, Jared and Jonathan installed a new Trane A/C unit at our home courteously and professionally. From the initial visit to the final installation, the service was beyond expectation. Thank you gentlemen. I'll recommend Button's to all my friends.

Joe was my sales guy and he was so nice. Renee was my office contact and she was super helpful and obviously the brains behind the whole operation! (LOL)..Todd, Jared and Jonathan as an installation crew were quick, efficient, friendly and clean! Super impressed with the work and the company, and I recommend them to everyone!!

Thanks to Button's Installer: Todd, Jared and Jonathan. They came 15 minutes early than the shedule that's professionalism. Me and my wife are very happy for your job installing our New Goodman Furnace and Air Conditioner plus the media filter. Moving the location of our ,existing water heater makes the area spacious. Very neat installing all the pipes inside and outside. We appreciated also your help to fix my air vent at my scrawl space with no extra charge. Left the vicinity clean. We looking forward to do the maintenance service as well in the future. We highly recommend the Button's to friends and family.
