When the conversation starts with a statement like "we want you to give your experience with us a 10 on homestars" you know expectations have been set high to deliver on. From the very first meeting with Todd through to final installation I could not have been more pleased. Although we knew what we were looking for already, Todd took the time to explain the options in a clear and helpful manner without being pushy at all. After that first meeting we knew we were sold. Let's just say the other 3 quotes we got were very unmemorable experiences. The equipment they supply is top notch and we are very happy we went for the Trane option. Unbelievably quiet and I look forward to seeing my first bill after suffering with a 25 year old gas guzzler. We had asked Button's to remove our old furnace and then replace the new one a few days later in order to repair some flooring issues. Was not a problem for Button's and Todd even dropped off some space heaters to tide us over. Although we were not at home to meet the installers, they did an excellent job, tied all the electrical up neatly, sealed off any air leaks and left the area neat and tidy With Button's it also wasn't a case of "here's your instruction manual now off you go". Todd made an appointment to come back and see us, to take us through step-by-step everything that our new system had to offer as well as well as how everything was operated. Even programming our thermostat for us. So here's your '10' Button's, points well earned.

Buttons has been used by many of my family members and Rick's personal attention and honesty was greatly appreciated especially after talking to other companies. The installers, Jonathon and Jared, arrived on time and were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job, and cleaned the area so you wouldn't know they were even there. The install looked great and they did a thorough job explaining and testing before they left. I will definitely be recommending all of them to others.

representative spent a lot of time explaining the reasons why I need certain items, gave me the information and time. Customized the products that I needed for my siutation which other companies didn't do. Sold me quality products that I wanted. Installation is next week.

Had a quote from another company,same furnace would have cost 1500 more. Mike and his buddy were very pleasant and explained the details of the furnace. They were in and out in 3 hrs. The salesman Steve was not at all pushy,and very pleasant. Overall I am very happy with my choice and woud recommend Buttons to all my friends.

Called in Button's to replace an old radiator heating system, and when given options, decided to remove the rads and replace them with a new forced air heating/cooling system. The job began on Monday with the removal of the old equipment, and by Thursday everything was complete and operational. John and his very courteous team left a clean work site, and didn't hesitate to explain everything every step of the way. We were very pleased with the completed job, and the entire process from the sale to the finished product. We have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. Thanks, guys!

After a no-show last week from another company, I called the good people at Button's Heating and scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm this afternoon. At ten minutes to one I received a phone call from the Button office telling me that the serviceman would arrive in ten minutes. Mario showed up at exactly one o'clock. He asked about the problem (furnace flooded the basement last week during a hot day) then put covers on his boots to save my floors. I thought that I needed a new furnace as this one is very old. Mario said that I would save a lot of money in fuel if I switched but that the existing one looked to be in decent shape for its age. He fixed what had to be fixed, cleaned what had to be cleaned and charged me what I thought was a very fair price. Honest, considerate and efficient. What else can you ask for? Thank you Button Heating; it was like a service call from 1950. When I buy a furnace, it will be from you.

Great people, great service, professional installation and a reasonable price with don't pay for a year through the Home Depot. I'm looking forward to gas savings compared to my previous hot water tank, no more monthly payments and unlimited hot water. Thanks Todd!

The service given to us by Todd and his staff was exceptional. Their quick installation of the furnace during the cold weather was greatly appreciated. (Todd even offered to return to his shop to pick up loaner heaters.) Would definetely recommend.
