    Furnace, AC,Filter, and humidifyer

    Excellent serice from the word go. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Rick Lawson, their rep was very knowledgable and very informative as this was the first system I had ever purchased. Explained fully the rebates available and how to take advantage of them. The instation team consisted of 4 great guys (Johnathan, Mike, Todd and Kev) They did a wonderful job. Very professional and neat looking units. Much better than what they were replacing. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Buttons Heating is highly recommended by me. Thanks for a great job.

    New Furnace

    Our fire alarm went off during dinner. I went downstairs to find our 45 year old furnace shooting flames out of everywhere! Luckily I was able to turn off the gas. The next morning Button's showed up and told me the bad news...that the components were burnt and the furnace pretty much useless. Later that afternoon Mark showed up, realized that we had a 9 month old baby and immediately scheduled a new furnace installation. On top of the great service, Mark suggested, after inspecting the basement, that I purchase a furnace that was actually $1400 less than the one I selected because we would have had to change too much duct work which would have added to the cost. I have been using Button's for a few years now and still feel like they are my neighbour.....though they are far from it!

    Furnace Replacement

    Button’s Heating provided a free estimate and on-site visit courtesy of Todd. Due to our work schedule we were unable to meet during normal work hours; however, he arranged to meet us at a time that was convenient for us. He is very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. He provided an affordable and efficient solution to our furnace concerns. Jonathan and the crew carefully performed the installation and were courteous as well as efficient. They made sure to clean the area around the furnace room before they left. Their hard work and attention to detail was very much appreciated. They also took the time to explain some important things about the new furnace as well. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the installation went. We went with Button’s Heating because they really do treat their customers like they are a part of their family. There are few family businesses that continue to do this in this day and age so we were pleasantly surprised. My family has been dealing with Button’s Heating for over 20 years and will continue to be loyal customers for the next 20 years and beyond.

    furnace/AC

    Todd and his crew did a great job. Real personal touch from Todd- right from coming out to assess nonfunctional furnace, to in home free estimate, to post install visit. Only snag was a leak after install that was taken care of effeciently.

    A/C installed + hot water heater

    We had an A/C unit and a new hot water heater installed. Crew did an amazing job with the installation. Left the house spotless and did the job on time and in insanely cold weather. Todd even drove to our place for an estimate and consult in a snowstorm. Very happy with them and their service.

    Furnace and gas fireplace insert

    I purchased a furnace and gas fireplace insert from Button's in November. I haven't gotten around to writing here until 3 months later, but I'm glad I waited, because now I can attest to the excellent post-sales service this company provides. When researching the purchase of my furnace, I came across advice that the installation of the equipment is more important than which brand name of furnace to buy. This made sense to me, as the very best equipment installed improperly wouldn't do anyone much good. Although Button's was not my cheapest option, I made the decision to go with this company because Todd took the time to explain everything to me upfront about the installation, and I sensed I would not be sorry doing business with this man. As it turns out, I could not have hoped for a better experience than choosing Button's. The installation guys were wonderful, so polite and professional. It was actually a pleasure to have them here. With all the coming and going out of the house that day as they worked, the cat slipped out the door and was lost for a few hours. Mike from the crew even called me the next morning to see if I'd found the cat, which I had. Todd has been just great. I have had some questions and small issues since installation day, and he has always come over here and promptly taken care of things. A bit of old ductwork was expanding with the heat, and making a knocking noise, and Todd came over and braced it; everything is quiet now. A bit of paint flaked off the fireplace facing. Todd told me he'd make it right, and he did, by having the manufacturer send a replacement section, and then Todd came over and put it on. Last night, the fireplace didn't seem to want to work for me, so I e-mailed Todd, and he was in the neighborhood so within minutes my doorbell rang, and there he was. A few minutes after that, the fireplace was working. Fantastic service. Todd has cheerfully been there for me every time. I also had to call the Button's office about the rebate form, and the woman I spoke to, Renee, was extremely helpful. Todd and everyone else at Buttons' really seem to care about their customers. I'm very happy with my Trane furnace so far. I don't turn the thermostat up any further than I turned up the old one, but yet the house just feels warmer everywhere, less drafty. In the spring, I will have Buttons install air conditioning. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much, Todd, Renee, Mike and everyone at Button's.

    Need A furnace? This company is the best. Todd is the "Mike Holmes" of furnaces. He Is efficient, honest, and hard-working. Ask for the "A-Team" if you want the job down right.

    Furnace, A/C, Air cleaner, Humidifier, thermostat & Chimney liner

    Great great great company,they installed my new trane XV 95 Furnace, XR 15 Air conditioning, Humidifier, Thermostat, Air cleaner & Chimney liner. Superior Installation done by Mike, Rich & Bill, they left the house spotless & clean. I Would absolutly recommend Button's heating to anybody who wants a Quality work & Better pricing.
