    Re-installation of Ductless AC unit

    After re-doing our siding we needed our Ductless AC unit serviced and re-installed. Button was quick, thorough, very clean, professional and fairly priced. They were recommended to us by our neighbors and I would totally recommend them to anyone else. Thanks the whole crew @ Button!!

    Furnace and Air Conditioner installation

    Buttons was amazing. The rep, Rick came out and really explained EVERTHING i needed to know. I felt i knew everything about the furnac, ; AC and the whole process involved. Rick was awesome. The installation went well and the gentlemen left my home very clean. i would recommend Buttons to anyone. Thanks Buttons team!

    Ductless AC Repair

    Our unit was installed June 1, 2007. It is important to note that this was installed at the tail end of a maternity leave when spending $3200 is a major decision! June 3, 2008 turned on the unit to realize it was not working. We found out then that the company who had completed the install was no longer in business although referred to us through a very reputable company - Redmond Williams. We contacted LG as the manufacturer and although within 2 days outside of the 1 year warrantee for parts, we were REFUSED any support through them. Different AC service providers including ALBAR, Laird & Sons have come over the years and advised that there was a small leak, refilled the refrigerant just for the process to repeat itself year after year. At NO point did they ever advise that doing this action was illegal and against code etc. but took the $ nonetheless. It was not until this year when a new Laird & Son technician came that he made us aware that this was not legal practice. Laird & Son only advised AFTER they came for a service call that they were NOT an LG product carrier and not completely familiar with servicing the unit. (Bit of a song and dance if you ask me but…) In comes Button's and most importantly - MARIO. From the first service call placed a week ago, Mario has been an exceptional professional. He spoke well of the LG product and gave his professional guidance, expertise and truly represented your company well. He indicated that he had never seen an issue like this with the LG unit and it appears that it would be a default right from installation. Although it makes me sick to have paid $3200 for a product that we have spent EASILY $300/year since 2008 'servicing'….I feel much comfort with the quality of service, care and professional expertise offered through Mario. The fix at $1650 is a reflection of LG whom will NEVER have us as a customer again and with my saviness with Social Media this story is going viral about LG…so is my story of exceptional service by Button's and Mario. Could you please extend my family's thank-you and appreciation to Mario and your company. Service will always be the differentiating factor. We will NEVER buy another LG product…AC, fridge, stove, TV…NOTHING EVER however…Button's has a client for life (and a very influential network).

    Installation of new furnace, tankless water heater & a/c plus revision of existing ductwork

    Without hesitation would recommend Buttons Heating - extremely professional & knowledgeable staff from estimate through to installation. Working with Joe to decide on our options was second to none. Extremely patient as we worked through our decision process, reworked estimates to hit our budget and provided great advice each step of the way. Installers John & Jonathan were outstanding ... a pleasure to have working in our home. Arrived on time, kept their workspace organized and cleaned/tidied up at the end of each business day. They were always happy to answer questions, discuss options as the job progressed and made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied with each phase of the installation. They exceeded all our expectations!! Thanks again Buttons for all your hard work!!

    air conditioner/furnace

    i recently had an air conditioner and furnace installed from button's heating inc (installed by the home depot installation team). The workers that came to my house (Jonathan, Todd, Mike and Bill) were very proficient and excellent at their job. They were quick and concise. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family in the futre. Job well done guys!

    Central AC installation

    John, Jonathan, and Todd from Button's come over as scheduled. Went about their work quietly and efficiently. They didn't rush their work and took as long as they needed and did a high quality job. All the work done was consistent with what we had discussed previously with Pete, their saleman. Very good experience with Pete, who understands what we need and no high pressure sales tactics were used. After they finished their work, they showed us all the work that was done and explained everything to us in detail. Again, there was no rush on their part even though it was past 5 pm. We noticed one of the existing backyard slabs was crooked. We mentioned this to John who immediately chiselled the slab and cemented the whole area to make it flat. Highly recommend Button's.

    new hot water tank

    After is was discovered that our hotwater tank was leaking we contacted Button's Heating Inc to help us out. After notifying Button's they were here with 24 hours with a brand new hot water tank. All of the service I recieved was considerate, kind and caring. The very next day Joe called to make arrangements for same day instalation, I was thrilled that this was going to happen so very fast. Joe told me that they would be here between 1:30 and 3:30, they were here at 1:30 on the dot. The instalers of John and Todd were extremely friendly and explained many things to me about the big purchase I had just made. Thank you Button's, I will be calling you again. As for me the consumer, you couldn't ask for any better service and treatment than what I received. Awesome job Button's !

    new air conditioning unit

    new air conditioning unit was installed today. John and Mike were exceptional and knowledgeable installers showing respect for our home and completing the job in a very professional manner They took the time to point out and explain all that had been done and provide us with any information we would require. We would highly recommend this Company and these two installers.

    a/c and water tank

    John, Todd and Jonathan were great at their job, they worked efficiently, accurately and were pleasant. Both units they installed work great. They brought a long carpet with them to avoid damaging hardwood floors. These three miracle workers were very attentive and explained how the units work, gave me numbers to call in case service is needed. they also set up my thermostat and provided all necessary information about heating / cooling system for the future. they carefully removed the old units and even patched up the walls which were damaged by the previous installation. I highly recommend using this company and these workers for the installation of your heating/cooling system.

    Install New Gas Water Heater Tank

    Once again Button’s has done a stellar job in my home. They previously fixed a furnace/AC job that was totally blotched by another company. Mike (who worked on my furnace) and Bill did a great job on my water heater install, protected my carpeted stairs with drop cloths and cleaned up afterwards. They were in and out in about two hours. Button are reliable, trustworthy and genuinely care about their customers and their homes. I was considering have one of the big box stores handle the job, it would have cost me less, but when I started to check out the products I found problems. Despite the national brand name appliance name on the box, they were actually manufactured by the same company and sold under two different names (one for each store) Anyways the water heaters had serious problems with the parts that keep the pilot light lit. The manufacturer was replacing the parts in and outside of the warranty but it seemed the homeowners were responsible for the labour which is quite involved. I don’t need those sort of aggravations, the last tank was there for 23 years and didn’t cost me a dime in service. I checked out the manufacturer of the tank that Button’s was putting in, no issues. I also checked with the husband of a co-worker, a licenced gas fitter who only does commercial work. He told me that Button’s price was reasonable and the tank was reliable. So it may have cost me a couple of hundred more up front, but I saved myself money and aggravation down the road.
