My high efficiency water heater broke down and I was unable to figure out the problem. I called Button's Heating company and they sent a technician that same day and it was excellent service. They assessed the problem and fixed it same day and the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Would recommend!

The price was competitive and the service was excellent. We had a bit of a problem with the installation but Buttons responded quickly and fixed the small problem right away. We are very happy with the Train products.

About a year ago, we got a quote to replace our furnace from Steve Thomas of Buttons Heating. We knew the furnace was getting to the end of its useful life but Steve did not attempt to pressure us to do the job right away. He was very honest and forthright saying that despite the age of the furnace, it could last another five years or so. It was so refreshing to deal with Steve and although we didn't plan to do the job immediately, I knew right then and there that he would get our business. So, in early October 2011, we arranged to have our furnace replaced. The 4 man crew showed up on time, were courteous and friendly and did a fantastic job. It is so rare to encounter an organization with the high calibre of employees that Buttons prides itself on. We have already referred a family member who has purchased a furnace through Steve Thomas at Buttons and will continue to give them rave reviews and good referrals. Thanks Steve and Buttons for making this such a great experience!!

Buttons Heating not only did a great job but they were fast clean and did not cut corners. The pricing was good and I have no problem recommending them to anyone. I was tempted to give them a 9.5 for fear of not being believable but they deserve a 10.

New to Oshawa I was recomended to inquire abouit Buttons heating. They answered the call quickly and gave us very good advice.about our situation.We had just bought an older home. Their staff were all very curtious and knowledgable about the products and the service. They were very professional and I would recommed Buttons to family and friends without any hesitation. they were great and I am very happy with product and service.

After 16 years my Keeprite furnace had to be replaced. The Consumer Reports indicates that the Trane furnace is the least repaired furnace on the market. I obtained 3 estimates from various companies and 2 of the estimates were not itemized. This indicates to me that I am wasting their time. I called Button’s Heating Inc. and Mr. Rick Lawson; the Sales Representative took the time to explain everything in detail with me. My new Trane furnace was installed by Mike, Rusty and Bill from Button Heating Inc. and I am very happy with my new Trane furnace. This amazing team is awesome and deserves official bragging rights. The service is always prompt and done very efficiently . The service man is polite, explains what he is doing and tests the system when completrd. The price is reasonable and they respond quickly for emergency calls.

Only complaint is with LG's owner's manual, which is barely literate and largely useless for telling you what the various functions actually do. It does, however, contain gems like this, from the long list of safety precautions: "If you eat the liquid from the batteries [for the remote control], brush your teeth and see doctor." Thanks, LG.

Excellent work. Good site inspection and estimate process. No surprises afterwards. The installation team (Jonathon Todd, Trevor) completed a difficult installation carefully and well. Used drop cloths and cleaned up after completion. Highly recommended.
