    Kitchen and Bedroom window replacement

    Joe from Canadian Windows, came to our house as scheduled, talked us through the process from the window types to install and how it would be done, Canadian Windows set up a date and time to install , and they should up on time had the job complete In the later part of the afternoon (Anton) was very good explained the workings of the windows and off they went . Would recommend to anyone chosing to get windows. Reagards RL

    Front Door - Removal and Installation

    We found Canadian choice via Homestar and figured we should get the best and most well known in the industry to do the job Properly for us. We had previous quotes from people who would simply say "Yah, we can get the door done for you" without properly telling you the details, specs, and type of door frame/ sealing that will be used. Upon scheduling the quote, Tony showed up. Well dressed, professional guy who I knew from my marketing background the tactics he would use. However, to my surprise, the whole conversation with him was very pleasant and he provided alot of information about doors that the other Kijiji guys never even mentioned. Thanks Tony for properly educating us. We took the deal (after some negotiation of course) and went on with Tony and his guys at Canadian Choice. Picked our options and did a bit of bargaining. Installation was a breeze, the guys who came to do the job were professional and did not Swear/Smoke in front of our kids like most contractors would do. They completed the job within the time frame and cleaned up everything. No problems. This was a great experience and we really like our new door!

    Canadian Choice Windows re David in Burlington

    We are extremely happy with our new windows. Sam and his assistant completed our installation in one day, leaving our home neat and clean inside and out. It was extremely hot and humid, and Sam was short an assistant due to illness. Despite this, he pushed through and was extremely professional and efficient. The new windows look beautiful, are easy to clean and we have already noticed the noise reduction. Thank you!

    Triple pane windows

    We are very happy with the whole process and the highest quality of the windows, very professional installation and the sales process provided by Olga. She also did follow up visit that is very thoughtful. Great company!

    New Windows - 5 total

    House build in 1982 and needed new windows, already painted the original windows 3 times over the years. Called Canadian Choice and a fellow came out for just 2 bedroom windows, we asked for the extra quote on a few more to see if it was affordable to finish all windows in the house. It was worth it plus we got a seniors discount. Loved the suggestion of an awning window in the kitchen, one big pane of glass now. Two fellows came out and they worked their butts off taking out those old windows, they laid out drop cloths for the mess and cleaned up at the end. I would visit them during the install and ask questions and they were happy to explain why they were doing things a certain way.

    New Windows & Door

    I had 11 new windows and 1 new door installed. At the beginning, I worked with the sales rep who walked me through the selection, pricing, installation and maintenance process. Had an excellent experience with him which made me comfortable moving forward. If I ever had a question or needed to make an adjustment it was easy to contact him and he accommodated my requests promptly. It was great to receive updates from the company indicating when the windows when into production and the delivery date all of which were met. The installation went well with the team cleaning up nicely afterwards. The sales rep came to inspect the work the next day where minor caulking issues were discovered. He filed a maintenance request and I'm currently awaiting the confirmation for addressing these minor issues. I'll follow up in this review after the repairs are dealt with. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. Oct 2 Update: Company emailed me back on August 28 that their service technician would get in contact with me in order to schedule the follow up appointment. They stated it was a fairly busy season so it would take a couple of days. It's been just over a month and no word from them.

    Windows and doors

    My husband and I such an outstanding experience with Canadian Choice windows and doors. Stan was very helpful with the information and choice making ,from start to finish -blinds and all, he made everything possible to work with our budget . Mike and his crew did a fabulous job with installing . Another satisfied customers here . I would definitely recommend Canadian Choice windows and doors to my family and friends!     New windows

    An efficient, professional service beginning with Oleg’s In home sales presentation through to Yuri’s team completing the installation in one day. Oleg was knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating, making the selection process fun and easy. Yuri arrived on time with his team and worked hard and steadily all day to complete my installation beautifully. I’m thrilled with my new windows

    Excellent Job: 16 windows throughout our home

    We found Canadian Choice online. We had little experience shopping for windows. Others had shared horror stories of their experiences. Stan, Sales Executive came to our home. We found him to be knowledgeable and honest. The price was fair. We were a bit anxious concerning the installation as a past provider had done a rather poor job and messed up our walls. Mike the Installer and team where highly skilled and did a flawless job installing both windows and doors. Our new door is spectacular. We highly recommend Canadian Choice. They are our 1st choice now and in the future. Glenn & Hiliary
