Our experience with Canadian Choice has been great. Our Canadian Choice rep, Joe was very informative and always quick to respond to questions. He was also very accommodating to our requests. The installation team led by Daniel were also great. They were all very friendly and easy to work with, answering any questions that we had along the way. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was completed which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Canadian Choice for any window replacement needs.

Our sales person, Joe, came to our house to let us view our options for the new windows we were picking. He was professional, on time and so friendly. He gave us valuable advice to have triple pane glass. He even followed up with us after the order was placed. Thank you, Joe!

The entire Canadian Choice team is excellent: Rick in sales, Reta in customer service and Galit the installer. Sometimes it takes a while for the customer service line to answer (there is an automatic on hold) but customer service is good and they do get back to you if you have a question.

We are beyond thrilled with the quality and service we received from Canadian Choice from start to finish. Ryan was the Home Comfort Consultant representative who worked with us. He explained everything thoroughly, was patient while we obtained other quotes, and remained in communication during the entire process. No high pressure sales tactics either. The install team was just as fabulous. Clean, efficient and pleasant. We notice a drastic improvement on the warmth, sound and obviously appearance wiith our new windows and are so happy.

On September 7th and 8th 2023, Canadian Choice Windows and Doors came to do my Artic Insulation and windows and were fully paid before I will get Government interest free loan. On November I started experiencing mouldlike looks on my ceiling which has never been prior to the Artic insulation. I sent an email to the company with pictures for an urgent attention considering the health of my kids and my wife. Canadian Choice Windows and Doors almost trivialize the call for urgent attention until I had to be though. Fast forward, this company has been posting me and would not be responsive to the complaint. They eventually sent in a technician who told us the Artic was not properly done and that urgent fix is required and they apologized to us for the inconvenience tgat the vents were all blocked and no vent for air to go out. But surprisingly, when Canadian Choice Windows responded to us, they hinged on the fact that the problem was caused by excessive humidity and advised we buy a dehumidifier and the problem will be fixed. We did get a dehumidifier and it's getting worse still. I have been going back and forth with this company, spoken to some of their managers like Ryan, Mike all incharge of Insulation department in the company . Called consumer care and teams meeting will be scheduled with me and management and they would not show up. I have tendered a complaint to BBB and they promised to take care of the issue and no one has ever called me on this. Currently, I am considering a legal action with my lawyer and I have exhausted all options at thus point. Funny enough, I still have not received my Government interest free loan and this same company Forwarded the wrong payment receipt to my underwriter and the loans Department advised I get the right invoice otherwise a lesser amount will be approved fir my loan. Its been a very bad experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.
