Great customer service and product. I had them replace 2 entrance doors and a sliding door. They came out, took the measurements and other design details. Once the doors were made a professional came out and completed the install in a timely manner. They really know what they were doing. The doors operate perfectly and the installer made sure I was happy with the final product before leaving. I highly recommend this company, from Blair, in sales, through work completion they were true professionals.

Wonderful new windows and entry door. Especially the Bay window. The installers were perfect gentleman. Courteous, absolutely knew what they were doing and respectful. Absolutely no regrets. Highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. My wife and I had multiple companies give quotes and Canada Choice was 1 of the few which actually came to our home. Blair was very informative and replied to us promptly with answers to our questions. We are very happy choosing Canadian Choice and we will choose them again.

Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was a very easy company to work with from the first meeting setting up the quote, to when final payment was completed. Our sales rep Joe took his time to carefully walk us through the entire process, what our options were for the windows and doors, discussed payment options including the Greener Homes Loans and offered to help answer questions about it should we go that route. For the time leading up to the installation date on May 28 to May 29, 2024, Joe made himself available for any questions we had including on weekends, though we felt bad bothering him during his off hours, but he never made us feel we were inconveniencing him. Working with the administrative staff, they were extremely pleasant to speak with on the phone and responded to emails in very short periods of time. There was not a moment where we felt we were being ignored or forgotten which is a pleasant surprise as that means we did NO chasing at all unlike our experiences in the past. The installation team is one team that I cannot say enough to show how happy we were with their work. Lead by Mike, they were very professional, polite, and very very respectful of our home whether making sure not to make a big mess inside, to avoiding damaging our gardens as much as possible when installing our front bay windows. Mike took the time to answer questions we had and never made us feel like we were bothering him once. We have had our share of experiences when it comes to dealing with renovations but this is the first team/company we have dealt with where we were very happy with everything from start to finish. I sounds like a perfect situation and honestly it was just that and so much so that I immediately recommended a family member to connect with Joe about his new window project. Thank you to the team at Canadian Choice Windows and Doors for treating us the way you did and doing such a wonderful job with the installation of 13 windows and one walkout basement door!

My husband and I are very grateful that we asked for a consultation from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Alex came to our home and showed us products that perfectly suited our needs. On the spot, we ordered three replacement windows. The wait time for our custom manufactured windows was very reasonable. Recep installed the windows to our complete satisfaction. He worked diligently and was very professional. We are thrilled with our new windows and will happily spread the word about Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

OMG, the whole experience is fantastic, the guys really take care of each aspect of the project. Started with Home show at Toronto exhibition centre, one call and a wonderful sales representative Tony tells me all about it, answers all my questions, even the history of the company and the product, amazing conversation. All set up and ready, planning done quickly and the measuring team is working out the finest smallest angles and directions to make my dream real. They show up on the door step at 8am on the day scheduled, not a minute lost, clean, even quiet and so fast. Not jeopardizing the quality a single bit. They make me go into my room and just stare at my new door and window for a long time with a happy happy smile on my face! Thank you so much!

Joe and the installation crew were superb, from sales and fabrication, through to installation. I was well informed of the progress each step of the way and am very happy with the outcome.

The project, comprising the replacement of eight windows and a patio door, was completed satisfactorily and we are very pleased with the result. The crew were very respectful of our home, using cloth runners to protect the floors and cleaning up as the job progressed. Once the windows and patio door were installed, the lead installer, explained how everything worked, locking the patio doors, locking the windows, installation and removal of the window screens, etc. The final cleanup, inside and outside was excellent. On balance, this was a very good experience.

We looked at at least six other companies and Canadian Choice Windows and Doors stood out. Vince came to our house and he was very knowledgeable. He walked us through the products and the installation process and answered our questions. We chose the Draft Lock series of patio doors. We love that we have two doors that open with no center post, the doors tilt in to let in fresh air, the screen is very easy to use and when the doors are closed they are very securely locked. Shavkat and his colleague came to do the installation and they were skilled, fast and cleaned everything before they left. The price was very competitive plus the quality and features were better than their competitors. The entire purchase to installation was only a matter of weeks - Thank you!

The team at Canadian Choice made the entire experience seamless and rather effortless on our part. Our installations were somewhat complicated due to the location of where I wanted the equipment installed, but some planning and coordinating with my contractor the guys managed to work through the challenges and got the job done exactly as I wanted. They even managed to get the work time right on time as we also had to deal with several time constraints. I highly recommend using them for HVAC services.
