Both the representative, Joe, and the installation workers, Oleg and Oleg, were professional and courteous. The installers were also efficient, thorough and made sure the job was done correctly. Someone from the company visited the day after completion to ensure all was well. Joe also followed up with me. Overall, would not hesitate to recommend Canadian Choice. Great customer service.

I had my initial consult with Blair in my home and right away, I knew that I had made the right decision to go with this company. He was thorough and went through all of the details with me without any pressure. The windows took approximately six weeks to arrive and on the day of installation, everything went smoothly. I was quite impressed with Oleg and his team. They did a great job and took the time to answer any questions that I had. In the end, my windows came out even better than I anticipated. I am so happy with the job done by Canadian Windows!!

We had a sliding door and 8 windows installed. Everything from the sales process to installation went smoothly. There was great communication from the customer care team, about what to expect and how to prepare. The windows and door were beautiful and the installation team was friendly, professional, careful, and the quality of work was exceptional. They took extra care with everything and our sliding door was anything but straightforward to install and its perfect. We love the new windows and wish we did them sooner. The windows were a great investment. Our house is quieter and cooler in the summer. They look great and the installers did a quick, thorough job. They were very professional and accommodating. The sales person was knowledgeable. There was bit of an issue with the pre-audit to receive the energy rebate and loan. That was frustrating.

The two man crew that came to replace five windows on my second floor in two rental apartments arrived shortly after 8am and after a brief show and tell they immediately got to work laying down protective pads from the downstairs door, up the stairs and to all the spots where they would be working. The two gentlemen worked at a very steady pace, working like a well oiled machine to accomplish their task in about six hours or so. I am not even sure they took a break and it was hot and steamy outside. I am very pleased with the result.
