What an excellent service from start to finish - professional, thorough, project delivery, exceptional on all levels. From start Joe reviewed all of our requirements and was a tremendous help in delivering what we envisioned. We received help on the energy audit and that was all organized by Consumer windows. The installers were very good - diligent, great workmanship and very nice - they even cleaned the cob webs from the front windows.

I am so excited to share my feelings and i am so glad i choose Canadian choice windows and doors. My whole project went smoothly i like so much their service installer Mike & his brother who did amazing job they are super friendly and very experienced. I like to thanks to Inna sales rep. She explained in details about doors and windows and share her knowledge to make my decision easy she always respond me quickly as i need. Five stars!!!!!!

We had all the windows and front door and patio door replaced in our home. Joe, the Canadian Choice representative, was wonderful! He was very helpful and professional with advice, and always friendly and readily available when I had questions. The installer was also very professional, extremely competent and friendly. The front door looks fabulous! All in all, we are satisfied. I am however a bit disappointed that we didnt get the slim contour windows, as was indicated on the purchase order.

We Recently had a window replacement completed. We had a bit of an issue with the first replacements but it was resolved in a very satisfactory manner and very quickly. We had awning windows installed by Recep and his worker and we could not praise him enough for the attention to detail and how quickly the job was completed. Thank you to the team of Canadian Windows and Doors! We would highly recommend them.

The installation team was outstanding, showcasing remarkable skill, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring everything was done to perfection. Joe the salesman was amazing. He came and explained the different products on doors and locks. We were very impressed and his workers delivered optimum service. The door was removed and replace within 3 hours. All was cleaned up up and here I am a very happy customer!

We were very happy with our knowledgeable and friendly salesman Joe he really took the time to get to know our needs and present relevant options. The installers were friendly and professional also, I trusted them in my home easily and they did a great job with great attention to detail.

So I spent $25,000 having all my windows done three years ago. The other month I saw one of the windows cracked, thinking that I had the best warranty Industry According to the company I wouldnt have any issues getting it fixed. After two days of trying to talk to a live person and not emails I was told glass was not covered under the warranty?? The not so pleasant lady told me I would have to pay 300 dollars to get it fixed. I told her the glass had to be defected I was told that glass spontaneously cracks?? I told her the windows I had for 20 years never spontaneously cracked but that didnt matter, so the company with peace of mind and no cost to you warranty did absolutely nothing to help me. Now I am left with a cracked window .
