Adam provided comprehensive explanations and offered valuable advice, including suggestions on the most suitable styles for our home. We are extremely satisfied with the new windows, as well as the overall experience.

Canadian Choice replaced windows and a door in my rental unit. The sales staff was very informative, brought samples of the product they make and quoted a very competitive price. The install crew was nothing but courteous, professional and thorough, when they left there was no sign that they had been there other than some beautiful new windows and a new door. We had our basement walkout door replaced 2 years ago and never had an issue with it at all, until the recent downpours. The original installation was fantastic and completed in the time promised. Had to have a service rep come out following the storms and he was also amazing. From the time I called in about the problem to the efficiency it took to get an email reply and someone out to our home was great. He adjusted every part of the door that could be done and was very diligent. While nobody can guarantee 100% with the amounts of water that we have received this summer that no water will ever get in, I do believe that the repair (at no additional cost to me) will do the trick. Very professional and great to work with.

Wonderful experience with Canadian choice start to finish. They very prompt, had very clear communication, no fake pressure sales tactics, overall very transparent about what we were getting. We love our new patio French/tilting doors. I feel like the value for the price was better than competitors. Installation was quick and clean, and the techs installing were knowledgeable and thorough.
