I had my door and sidelight replaced on Aug 20 2018 and i'm very disappointed with their services. I had Genn Zukerman as a sales rep. and Yury Dron as an installer for my door. I signed the contract with the agreement to have all new door, sidelight and frames including the drawings in the contract which was drew by Genn demonstrated how the sidelight was going to be with the new frames, new panels and the new window on top; because I had the 30-year-old door and sidelight and the rotted frames which having the wall runs perpendicularly between the door and the sidelight. However, the outcome was the retrofit with the new window sits on top of the old rotted frames and panel and Yury covered the aluminum outside and left the inside as before installation. I told him that I paid for all new not just retrofit work and he said how much i paid didn't matter to him. So what is the point of sending someone for dealing a contract and the installer did the work not following the contract? I sent lots of emails to Genn, Alex, Oleg, and even talked on the phone (on Dec14 2018) with Michelle who said that she would give me some credits back (to paint the plywood which i put temporarily to cover to hole where the dryer vent was) but she will confirm on the next Monday, but she never call back since then.
I have paid about $3000 for these simple steel door and clear glass sidelight. I believed I would deserve better services and products.
This is untrustworthy business and I WOULD NOT recommend.
