Last week this company installed 12 windows and 1 patio door for me. I got price quotations and met with the sale rep from 3 window co. The sale rep from the other 2 co just gave me a pamphlet and took over 2 weeks to do a quotation, and only when I called and asked them. But the sale rep Bonnie Z from this co did not only give me some pamphlet, she also brought with her a sample of the window with frame and showed me! she explained things in details and she also gave me a good price for the windows. I have also talked to her manager Helen Sin, she was a very nice, understanding and efficient lady. When close to the installation date (which is around 2 months later, this summer is very busy for all window co because of the govt rebate), the weather forecast said it would rain on my installation date. I was very worry as my parents hate to install new windows on a rainy day. I called the co and talked to Dora and Hana. They were both very friendly and understood my concerns. I also talked to Bonnie- she said the forecast might not be right and she would tell the installers to stop if it started to rain…anyway I took her advice and luckily it did not rain that day!! Also there has been some mix up of the window capping, this was very late in the day- already 7:30pm, I called Bonnie and luckily she picked up the phone immediately!! she then talked to the installer and got things resolved!! 3 people came over to install my windows. As there were 13 windows+ door, they worked non-stop, very professional, very organized. Domanic was the head of the team- he gave very good direction to the team and he did the most difficult parts of the job. The second guy (forgot to ask his name), he was very nice, he answered all my questions. The youngest guy was very nice too, he did a great job in caulking and cleanup all the garbage. As it was late in the day and it was dark outside, the next day I found there were some caulking residue on some of my windows, I planned to tell Bonnie/ installers to see how to deal with that, i will come back to write on this to see whether they provide good after-sale service which I considered to be very important in choosing a co to install your windows, as windows last for many years and the project price is large. Yana is now helping me to submit the papers for govt rebate, she was quick to reply my emails, very professional and nice. Hope she would be able to send it out quickly… Anyway…thanks to Bonnie, Helen, Dora, Hana, Yana, Domanic and the other 2 guys! You all are super!
