Windows replacement

Windows
The process was great from beginning to end. Our sales rep Bonnie was excellent. Very friendly, professional and quick with her work. Came the day after making the appointment and walked us through the house to go over the optimal windows to replace to maximize our rebate. Soon after Mike came by to do all the measuring and we were good to schedule the date. Mike and his crew came by replace our windows and they actually arrived at the beginning of their estimated arrival time (surprising right?). Took most of the day but they were able to replace all 14 windows in the house. Here's a picture of the of the new master bedroom windows

Whole House Windows Replacement
I made a very good decision to go with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. The main reason was the sales, Ken Mak, is an extremely helpful and patient person. He explained all of our options instead of trying to sell us on the most expensive options. I would like to thank Igor’s team too; they were so professional and efficient in their work. I'm pleased with the services they provided.

Window Replacement
I had all my windows replaced by Canadian Choice Windows. A job well done, very good work! Both salesperson and installer are very friendly. Each room is well cleaned after the job is completed.

Windows installation
The salesman, Serge, gave me every details about the window product, and also estimate a very reasonable installation fee. The installers were very effective, just finished it within 5 hours.

New windows
Company provided us a wonderful experience and in the end, we have beautiful new windows. Our sales rep, Serge, was professional and courteous. The workmen were on time and were able to get the job done in a day. I would recommend Canadian Choice Windows and doors to everyone.

Windows installation
Our experience with Canadian Choice was great. We are new home owners and didn't really know where to start to find a company to instal four new windows in our home. Genn was extremely helpful, clear, and friendly during our sales call. He explained all of our options and steered us toward the most relevant options for us - rather than trying to sell us on the most expensive options. The windows are custom made so it took a couple of months before installation. The installation team was wonderful. They worked incredibly hard on the top floor of our un-airconditioned house in the middle of this summer's crazy heat wave! They were efficient and cleaned up everything after themselves. The customer service throughout the process was acceptable. It did take a little chasing around to get a return call sometimes but once we were connected things were completed immediately and with no fuss. We would certainly recommend going to Canadian Choice when you need an installation at your place.

New windows
The contractors replaced a very old, rotten, bay window, and nine other windows. The work was done perfectly. The new windows were energy star and of great quality. The bay window in particular was in such bad condition since it did not have a good roof protecting it. Anton shifted the new window a bit inward and installed a protective cover above. It could not have been done better. They are very professional.

Windows
I just had my windows installed for the first time, and Alex made it very clear from the start that Canadian Choice Windows was the best for the job. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The process of the installation began around 9 am and was finished by no later then 5:30 pm. Safe to say the job was well executed and fast. Choosing Canadian Choice was one of the best choices I have made by far, and it makes me extremely happy waking up to brand new windows. I can't thank Alex of Canadian Choice Windows and everyone else who was apart of this process. I will definitely recommend to friends & family in need of brand new windows and/or doors!

Replace Old Wooden frame
Igor, a great salesman, described the whole process, order can early, 2 Guys in 4 1/2 hours, great installers, didn't stop at all. They even matched the trim of the house for a great finish. Now the looks are better and the house is cooler, with the open front and back windows.
