Brought 10 new windows for our home, Joe our salesman was absolutely fantastic he took his time to explain the process from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows.

Joe was excellent in his presentation and very helpful in explaining the best products for our needs. No pressure to go beyond what we needed. A pleasure to work with.

After having several companies come in for quotes, I contacted Canadian Windows , Sasha was prompt in coming for our quote, and was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that day. Because of his honesty and the time he spent going through everything, I ordered our 4 windows. Price was amazing for the job! Installers were friendly, quick, and extremely professional. They installed all windows with minimal mess, and the clean up was perfect. They even took the old window! I cant say enough about this company for their professionalism, friendliness and workmanship. I Will certainly be contacting them in the future to replace a few more windows!

My sales person Joe couldnt have been more helpful or informative. He was on time for our appointment, answered all my questions and was totally professional in his presentation. What a fabulous experience we had with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors! We had 21 windows replaced over two days and the process was seamless. Our windows are beautiful and we feel the difference in our home already! Our salesperson, Joe, was wonderful and highly knowledgeable. He listened to our requests and was patient with our questions and concerns Joe made himself available to us every step of the way and we couldnt say enough about him! The installation team were also very impressive! They were fast, efficient and so respectful in our home. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to get their windows/doors replaced. We are so happy we chose Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

We have had issues with this company since the first winter. Somehow the bad reviews in homestars keep on getting removed. Initially we had issues with the door stain, it was coming off because the factory didn't paint it properly. After 2 years of back and forth emails they finally agreed to come and re paint it. This issue of ice build up has been addressed before in a previous review and they contacted me to " fix the issue". The attempted to put more sealant and foam twice!! but it didn't work. I've been having issues of ice exteme build up since day 1. They haven't been able to fix it. This happens on a regular winter day below -10. I totally understand that it could happen on extreme winter days, but this happens on regular days too.

Beautiful doors that keep out drafts and noise. More window, less frame make my view even more visible.

I had called around a few window companies to get a quote. Joe was definitely the most knowledgeable out of all. He was honest about the windows which didn't need to be changed and which did. Canadian Choice also had more options that suited what we needed. I have already referred 2 of my family members to him

Replaced our doors and windows last year. Tony was our salesperson. Terrific experience- knowledgeable and very helpful. He walked us through everything. The products were excellent. We recently had to make a service call as the back door went out of alignment slightly. Within 3 days of reporting the issue, a technician, Alex, was at our home. The problem was identified and resolved in less than an hour. Our experience with Canadian Choice has been first rate. I appreciate the way they treat their clients and stand by their products and work. If something needs to be addressed- they take care of it. Too bad more organizations dont share this same focus on the client experience

So happy with my decision! From dealing with the sales rep, to the communication in response to my many changes and questions, to the impeccable installation by the technicians. I replaced all the main floor windows and the front entrance door. Everything went well and installation was on time! My home is warm and I am so grateful. Thank you Canadian Choice!
