    Windows and Patio Doors

Canadian Choice did an excellent job. Stan was very helpful - he suggested the window styles and they look great. The installation went very well from start to finish. Not only do the windows look great, but it is much warmer too.

Beware: Filtered Reviews and Poor Experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors

Beware: Filtered Reviews and Poor Experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about potential issues with this company. I am deeply dissatisfied with their service and feel it is essential to shed light on my negative experience. It is worth noting that my initial review on Google did not show up, which only adds to my concerns about their credibility. First and foremost, I am deeply troubled by the fact that Canadian Choice Windows and Doors appears to be filtering out negative reviews from their system, thus creating a misleading and unbalanced representation of their services. This manipulation of their online presence is deeply concerning and undermines the trust of consumers who rely on honest feedback to make informed decisions. My personal experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was far from satisfactory. From the initial contact to the final installation, I encountered a myriad of issues that left me feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of professionalism and communication was evident throughout the process. Not only did I experience a significant delay in the delivery and installation of the windows and doors, but the quality of the products left much to be desired. The promised excellence in craftsmanship was sorely lacking, and I was left with subpar work that fell short of my expectations. The customer service I received during and after the installation was unsatisfactory, with dismissive responses to my concerns and a lack of initiative to address the issues at hand. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding pricing and additional costs was alarming. I felt as though I was misled and subjected to hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. This lack of integrity in their business practices raises serious red flags about their commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical conduct. It is disheartening to see that my genuine experience, along with potentially others who have faced similar challenges, is being suppressed by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors' selective approach to showcasing reviews. It is crucial for prospective customers to have access to a comprehensive range of feedback, both positive and negative, in order to make informed decisions about engaging with this company. In conclusion, I strongly urge individuals to approach Canadian Choice Windows and Doors with caution and skepticism. The apparent censorship of negative feedback and my personal unsatisfactory encounter with their services emphasize the need for transparency and accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company based on my experience and the concerning practices surrounding their review system. Therefore, I implore others to be wary and take my account into consideration when evaluating whether Canadian Choice Windows and Doors is the right choice for their window and door needs. It is my hope that by sharing my unfiltered perspective, others can make more informed decisions and avoid the disappointment I have endured.

"24years warranty expired in 24 hrs."

"24years warranty expired in 24 hrs." Run away from this company if you cancel the order with in 10days.I regret to inform you that my experience with Canadian Choice Windows has been nothing short of disappointing. After the installation of the windows, I discovered moisture accumulating on the windows, and much to my surprise, I was informed that this issue was not covered under warranty. Despite the obvious problems with the functionality of two of the windows, the customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. Each time I attempt to address these issues, I am met with excuses and a tendency to shift blame onto me. I have repeatedly attempted to seek support from the customer service team, only to be met with a requirement to submit my complaints in writing via email. Verbal complaints seem to be disregarded entirely, which has made the process of addressing these issues needlessly difficult and time-consuming. Furthermore, my suspicions regarding the installation of lower quality windows have been met with complete silence from the company. I have reached out to Canadian Choice Windows to request verification regarding the quality of two of the windows, and their failure to reply is both disappointing and concerning. Additionally, their lack of willingness to conduct a post-installation inspection and their insistence that I wait 5-6 months for this process is not only inconvenient but also threatens to delay my government rebate. This unanticipated delay is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of consideration for their customers' time and resources. On top of these issues, during the installation, the installer negligently dropped tools, resulting in damage to my stair steps and wall. Despite bringing this to the attention of Canadian Choice Windows, I have been met with an astonishing lack of responsiveness and accountability. Overall, my experience with Canadian Choice Windows has been marred by subpar quality, unhelpful customer service, and an unacceptable lack of accountability for damages caused during the installation process. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice and carefully consider the potential consequences of engaging with this company.

    defective windows terrible customer service

One of the reasons why i chose this company is they are supposedly "Baeumler Approved" contractors. I highly doubt that. That was my first mistake even though i did get 4 different quotes. The windows look great and were priced about the same as the other quotes. Joe the salesman knows how to sell. The after sales customer service doesn't exist with this company. They installed 18 window in total but my issue is with the basement window sliders. They do not lock properly, when they are locked there is alot of movement when locked and their customer service dept made an appt to have a tech inspect and repair the windows. A week later their service dept called and said no after re-evaluating your case we have determined the window movement is normal so no need for us to send a tech to inspect. i said that's weird first you say there is an issue and now you are saying no its normal? Also 6 basement windows were installed and only 1 of them doesn't have movement so how can you say the movement is normal if the one window doesn't move at all when locked? Even Joe their salesman said yes the windows shouldn't move like they do so i don't know why they can say nope windows are fine. I will be taking further action.

    Whole house + Sliding Door

Needed whole house done. Stan explained everything needed, competitive price, educated and help facilitate the Government Rebate. Michael and team did a great job installing. They took care, clean up after themselves, the attention to detail and finishing of the trim inside was perfect, including working it into existing kitchen backsplash. No hesitation in recommending, they did great job.

    Window Replacement

Joe was amazing! He had come to our home to measure/quote only 6 windows that were left in our house to be replaced. Others had told us that it is too small of a job and we had signed with another company that was glad to take our money but never show up to complete the measurements. With Canadian Choice - Joe listened to our concerns, explained window options, assisted us in making a great choice that we are happy with and followed through with ensuring that the team showed up to complete measurements. The install team were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The sales person also continued to follow up after the install to ensure that went smoothly and that we are satisfied with everything. Thank you Joe and team for our new windows.

    I recommend Canadian Choice

I hired Canadian Choice twice to do my home windows. The experience with the first batch was great and I called them again in the following year. A couple of months ago, I recommended Canadian Choice to my friend. He did a deep research and comparison with other installers and finally chose Canadian Choice for his windows.

    26 Windows Replacement

I had a good experience with my salesman Stan in getting questions answered and the paperwork was pretty straight forward. Michael and his team did a great job installing 26 windows in 2 long days. The Canadian Choice office was also very good with regular email communication and window delivery was on schedule as promised from the start. Stan and CC a Customer Care rep also visited the job site during installation to answer any follow up questions.
