Installation has not been started yet but already very disappointed with the company thus far. When getting on-site quotes from sales, she committed that we could get the styles we want for the doors with our measurements and requirements and continuously reassuring us with the reputation of the company. After weeks of the deposit, she starts telling us that the styles we have chosen is not available for our side / back doors. We thought that it's reasonable to accept the fact that nothing can be perfect. Then days after that, we were informed again that the entry door with our selected style is not available for our measurement and need to reduce the width. After unwilling accept it, we were informed once again that the front door with our selected style is not available with our measurements and operating sidelight and asked us to choose another one. So all of our top selections were denied after signing the contract. It's very unprofessional and unacceptable. If you cannot do it, tell us in the first place and we might have worked with other company.
