Windows changed at the second floor of my house
I just changed my second floor windows by Canadian choice window and door company in October 2017. They did good job! They came on time on the scheduled day and finished with clean environment they worked and nice installation of the windows.

Front and side doors
Door looks good. Overall satisfied with the product and service. It took two installer 7 hours to install 1 front door and 2 side door for me. They did a great job for installation.

Windows replacement
All lower level windows replacement. Woto was done in an efficient maner, within 5 hours, as promised. We are very happy with their work and even went as far as to include the caulking for our patio door. The team answered and explained all my questions and concerns upon request. I really appreciated the high level of professionalism he is the team exhibited. I will definitely be recomending Canadian Choice windows and doors to my friends and family

Windows instillation
Igor Kopko came to our house and spent 3 hours explaining in detail about the windows and instillation. We had other company’s and they only spent 1 hour explaining about there windows. Igor was very pleasant to deal with and if we had any more concerns he was here with an hour to answer anything we asked. We are very happy with Igor’s service and Canadian choice windows instillation.

Window replacememnt fail
October 24 2017 We are now working toward a resolution. Owner called and after some negotiating they agreed to cover the cost of repairing stucco damage and send someone over to repair caulking by October 27 2017. September 27 2017 Canadian Choice windows recently did an installation of two windows on my house. There is a list of deficiencies: 1) Stucco damaged below bedroom window 2) Crack in stucco above bedroom window 3) Caulking is unacceptable 4) Scratches on both windows The installers broke chunks of stucco on the bottom of the window, instead of informing us of their mistake they glued the pieces in with caulking hoping we wouldnt notice. Being the window is located on the front of the house this is clearly visible from the street. September 28 2017 I contacted them to inform them of the issues. October 10 2017 - their response: Thank you for sand me e-mail October 21 2017- still no response - gaping holes left in caulking. I found their work to be sloppy and negligent and now with holes left in the caulking there is water coming into my house every time it rains. I wish they could have been more professional and responsible with their work, and perhaps fix their mess. I feel like they have very little respect for our home investment. Would not recommend them to anyone. My recommendations: Inspect every inch of their work before signing off on the work Do not pay them anything until a satisfactory job has been completed

All windows
Just replace all the windows with this company. Very happy with them. Excellent service and product. Big thanks to Bonnie for the good price. Igor t is very polite and professional. I like the way he clean up afterwards.

Windows Installation
Submitted by: Paul and Bonnie Mason - Red Deer, Alberta Back in July of 2017 we contacted Canadian Choice for a quote on replacing almost all of our windows. We had received their flyer in the mail, but we really contacted them through friends of ours who had their Windows replaced by them. Soon after we contacted them, the Regional Sales Manager, Kevin Steer called and promptly set up an appointment. Kevin was so thorough when providing details about the quality of the windows and their installers. We were sold, even though we had already had a couple of other quotes. Near the end of August the installation team of Jeremy, Collin and Slavo arrived and swiftly got to work. Such nice guys and they worked cheerfully, quickly, cleaning up immaculately after each removal and installation. We were thrilled with the job they did. Jeremy, a very talented finishing carpenter, built us a beautiful garden window in the kitchen and we couldn't be more thrilled with the way he finished the trim to match our kitchen cabinetry. It's flawless and beautiful. Kevin assured us that Jeremy and his crew were perfectionists and we can personally attest to that, as they made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything before they left. Best Window Service, Period!
I was very impressed with George T. when he worked out an arrangement with me to replace eight windows in my home. He measured each window frame, (which later was confirmed by an experienced construction representative who understands what's inside the frame and the wall), and I signed the deal. A few weeks later (ahead of schedule) I got a call and we confirmed the install date, and in one day the work was done. I was skeptical they could do a quality job on eight windows in one day, but the head installer Spartac took charge and it was completed. I watched them work, and EVERYTHING was done expertly. Windows, which fit perfectly, were installed and sealed, flashing was placed outside and was caulked to prevent moisture entering - they did a first class job. My only regret is that I did not use this company to install my patio door, dining room bay window, and living room window which were installed previously by a local company - while they did a good job I could have saved a bundle if I'd gone with Canadian Choice for all the windows. You won't be disappointed with Canadian Choice. There are lots of window guys around who only want to make a quick buck and then disappear - this is not one of them. Ten stars out of ten for an awesome job! Thanks.

Changing windows
The installers did a great job, arrived on time as promised, very professional and took all the garbage with them...sales lady was ok as well... the windows are looking great now...thx

Kitchen Bay Window
Wow! I was so impressed with the company's service. Alex Davidovitch was so helpful in picking the window that was both in my price range as well as matching the look of my house. The service they offer is affordable, yet they offer some of the highest quality products I've ever seen! Paul did a fantastic job installing the window, he was very attentive during the entire process to my needs. What a pleasurable experience, the installation was quick and Alex was at the site to ensure that everything was completed to the highest of standards. Thank you Canadian Choice Windows & Doors!!
