Faulty window needs a fix
I signed the contract based on sales rep's assurance that the window could be opened at full 90 degrees. But the new window's maximum opening is just around 45 degrees, see pictures below, no matter how the handler is turned clockwise or counter clockwise. This window apparently is not the same as described. I requested a redo or a fair compensation for the faulty product. So far, the sales rep agrees to give me $200 credit. Anyone with common sense would tell if this $200 is a fair amount to compensate such a faulty window that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Please give me a fair solution to this matter ASAP. It has been one week since I reported this concern to the service department. After posting this review 8 days, I got a call from Tony, area manager, to see the problem. He knew what he came for and explained that the opening was a bit small for a full 90 degree opening. He apologized for all the unnecessary hardships and frustrations that I had experienced. We accepted to cut the price half to close the case.

New basement windows and back and front doors replaced
The installers worked hard all day and were very curtious Cleaned up after they were done Would recommend to friends

windows installation(7)
I was very impressed with my initial meeting with Marina Pridatko that I did not get a 2nd or 3rd quote..she was very knowledgeable of the product,very personable & there was absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision...her crew (Yuri & partner) were very professional...measurements were exact...all scrap (inside& out) was cleaned at the end of each day...they enjoyed their work & showed pride in their workmanship...I am very happy with my lovely windows & these people that I met during the installation..Marina followed up by visiting me a week after the work was done...THANKS

Window
Igor Kopko, the Regional Sales Manager, is convinced in provided the best service. He spent time reviewing my options unlike some companies which provided a quote by telephone only. He showed me reviews from other satisfied customers. The workmanship is top notch and at a reasonable price.

window and door replacement
we replaced windows, front door and the patio door. The installation has taken two days only. The installation was professionally and perfectly done. After the installation, all the wasted materials were taken away. It was nice and neat.

10 new windows - wow!
Fantastic service and installation from start to finish. Tony Dicesare was professional, fair and true to his word. Workmanship was impressive to watch and efficient. Great final product! Replaced all of our windows and doors
My family and I live in a rowhouse that was built in the 50's. We've been here for 7 years and the windows have bothered me since I moved in. Our south facing windows were probably last updated in the 80s and were starting to deteriorate. The north facing windows were replaced in 2002 apparently, but it was don't terribly. So I did my research first, read reviews, checked BBB, and eventually got 4 quotes. Although, Canadian choice windows wasn't necessarily the cheapest, it was competitive. They had some decent discounts too. I liked that Alex believed in his product very much and sold it well. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss what would be ideal for each of the 9 windows and 2 doors we were replacing. I also called some references and their customers were 100% satisfied. Now that our job is done I would count myself as one too and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone as I am doing here. We had all windows replaced with casement style windows other then the 2 egress windows in the basement. The brick to brick vinyl mould looks phenomenal. The doors we had installed are superbly crafted and add style to our entrances. They also let in more light so our space seems more vibrant compared to how dingy I felt it used to look. These guys did a terrific job and I could have imagined anything better.

Front Door
We are a second-time customer for Canadian Choice because we knew we can rely on the team to provide us with excellent service, friendly staff with Stan and the Canadian Choice team working efficiently, and a good price. We replaced all the windows in our home.
We are thrilled with the new windows. Looks like a new house. A lot of the credit goes to the capable "Team" of Bob, Mike, Shane and James. They were very professional, polite and friendly. Thanks for the good experience which started with Stan, the knowledge sales rep.

New door and matching window
The door we ordered was delivered and installed on time. It looks perfectly. The service is excellent. Our special thanks to Stan. He is a really profeccional person. He gave us an advise before we ordered the door, explained everything, because it was our first experience. It was helpful. Two installers Yurii and Nik installed the door and the matching window perfectly exact when we expected. Thank you so much for fantastic service and amazing work! Definitely I will recommend these professional people to the others!
