Experience was great overall, starting with Sales. Unfortunatley I can't remember his name but he was a nice guy, friendly however I would suggest he be more thorough in explaining door options. I had to ask a lot of questions to get clarity from him, as I wanted to make sure we were aligned in exactly what doors I was getting - ex. What grade of privacy is the glass? What is the grid material on the glass so I can buy proper matching aesthetic locks? What type of locks and handles does the installer need? He was happy to answer all of my questions but for better customer service, he should take the initiative to tell the customer these things but overall a pleasant guy to deal with. In between the sales visit and the installation, there was some confusion on method of payment. The office said credit cards were accepted, but when the installer emailed to confirm the date, he said they accepted written cheques only. It got sorted in the end (they do accept credit cards) and the installation itself went smoothly, the team was fast efficient and friendly, and my doors look great!
