    13 ft Front living room window

    Yuri and Sasha very professional and polite. Willing to answer questions. Very clean and tidy, even swept the driveway. Protected all working and non working surfaces. Workers very carefull over flower garden. Will be contacting Alexander this fall looking for a quote on another project. Overall, very pleased with work and quality.

    Windows

    CINDY ZHang was my rep. She was very professional and knowledgeable. With her expertise and the hardwork put in by the installers Stan and his assistant , the result was nothing short of satisfactory. Stan and his assistant both hard workers put forward their professionalism and positive attitude throughout the task . As a result i would use them again for another installation job and would highly recommend Cindy and her team.

    Replaced my entire windows (detached home) and all doors (sliding back door and front door) in 2011.

    How can one really be sure that windows bought from you are all argon filled? How can one really get from you the assurance that the Argon gas would stay and not leak thru the years? How can one really be sure that what you are claiming is true and that you will honor your warranty? I noticed that 3 years after you installed and replaced all of my windows and doors (back and front), the sound insulation has deteriorated. I called your attention to it but nobody came to investigate. i wasn't a happy customer.

    WINDOWS REPLACEMENT

    We would like thanks salesman Igor Kopko for his excellent work on window sales. We are a very glad that we've chosen the Canadian Choice Windows  in our house with 19 new windows , 2 doors and 1 Patio door in Edgemont area . Igor gave us a quote right away in a few minutes after he did a measurement and we did not even expect that is posible it to be done right away and we did not have to wait a few days to get a quote.  He also found for us the price very reasonable in comparison price and quality of windows and doors compared to other quotes that we've gotten before . He had organized financing and kept the lines of communication open from the time the contract is signed until after the installation. The installers Sergey Kuleshov and his team were courteous, professional, dependable and their workmanship was excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and I would be glad to recommend this company to others. Diana

    Side and Front Door Installation

    Experience was great overall, starting with Sales. Unfortunatley I can't remember his name but he was a nice guy, friendly however I would suggest he be more thorough in explaining door options. I had to ask a lot of questions to get clarity from him, as I wanted to make sure we were aligned in exactly what doors I was getting - ex. What grade of privacy is the glass? What is the grid material on the glass so I can buy proper matching aesthetic locks? What type of locks and handles does the installer need? He was happy to answer all of my questions but for better customer service, he should take the initiative to tell the customer these things but overall a pleasant guy to deal with. In between the sales visit and the installation, there was some confusion on method of payment. The office said credit cards were accepted, but when the installer emailed to confirm the date, he said they accepted written cheques only. It got sorted in the end (they do accept credit cards) and the installation itself went smoothly, the team was fast efficient and friendly, and my doors look great!

    Windows and doors replacement

    Recently I was thinking about new windows which could've make my home quieter, more attractive and less drafty..... much less to be painted . I found Canadian Choice Windows & doors. Shortly after I set up the free estimate with Stan Rait , who happened to be very professional and friendly at the same time . He explained everything in details. We set the date to do the job . While I was waiting for that day Stan was answering all my questions . I might say now that I'm very satisfied with all the work done today . His team was on time and cleaned all after . Stan came to inspect the job and all is great . I would highly recommend this company and Stan to anyone who needs new windows and doors .     Windows

    Replaced house Windows. Alex in sales was great! His years of experience and the suggestion he showed us made the process not stressful at all! Simon and his team were hard working! They came to their job, they did it top notch and cleaned up everything 100% Very professional! We love the Windows and all the suggestion, what a difference it made!

    Great company

    i was recommended by my parents to get a quote from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. I'm glad I did!!! Not only am I getting my three basement windows replaced and new patio slider, I still had money in my budget to get a beautiful new front entrance door with new storm door. Our representative, Oliver, was there when he said he would be, very friendly , upbeat, knowledgeable about their products and not pushy. There pricing was way better than the big chain store (you know who I mean). I have no concern of the quality of craftsmanship. As I said before my parents told me to use them as they did a couple years ago. There work is flawless

    New windows and patio doors.

    Thank you to Oliver who was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable. There were only two workers but they did an amazing job. They worked nonstop and were very nice polite young men. I would recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to anyone.

    replace all windows and front and back doors

    Alex the salesman from Canadian Choice Windows was very knowledgeable about their window products. He made it easy to understand the process of changing the existing windows. The installers efficiently changed 17 windows and 2 doors in less than 3 days. They replaced the window inside trim with the original Oak, and did an excellent job. Cleaned and vacuumed each window area and hauled all the old windows and doors away. My wife is very fussy and Canadian Choice Windows passed the test. I would strongly recommend them if you are thinking of replacing your windows.
