Windows and Doors- NO SERVICE
May 2011, we replaced over 29 windows plus Front Double Door and Patio Door. We are having Issues with Front Door- does not open and close properly, especially during winter months. We have Vinyl Issues (inside & Out) hardware & glass issues on multiple windows. Contacted company via email as well as sales Rep Bonnie and no response. At first we could not find invoice- so they said they cannot help. Now that we found receipt and contacted them again multiple times, still no reply. Hopefully they see this Review and contact me. We shall see about their warranty and service (so far failing) especially in customer service and products. Update* I have emailed Oleg my issues and pictures from April/May 2017, No one has contacted me- I emailed multiple times- I called AUG 31st, spoke to Alex who said he and Oleg both know about my issues- (no one has contacted me or responded to my emails) Alex said he and oleg has spoken to the Installer SImon, who was suppose to contact me from Along time ago. No one has contacted me- they stated Installers (simon) is very busy......... I guess my windows/doors are not worth their time. As of Aug 1st, still waiting to see what happens next

new windows and installation
We got new windows for most of the rooms in our house. Our sales person, Stan, was very knowledgeable and caring, and gave us excellent guidance. He helped us to make a very good choice. The installation crew, led by Mike, did an outstanding job. Their work was professionally done, with an eye to detail. Stan followed up during and after the job, to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The windows themselves are very well made, with sturdy hardware, and are substantially better than a couple of windows we had bought from a different company a few years earlier. We couldn't be any happier with our choice. WE would recommend this company to everyone. Great service. Great job. Thank you Canadian Choice Windows!

Windows
Cindy Zhang is our sales representative and she has helped us through out this entire process. She is understanding and has provided us a full satisfactory service. We are very pleased overall. The windows are beautiful and we recommend.

window replacements
We did some more windows in our house this week. We were super impressed the first time and wanted the same great windows.Everything about the company is top notch, Kevin the salesman was excellent and Jason and his install crew were fast and efficient. We love our windows.

Window Replacement/Installation
From the moment Tony walked in our door, he was honest, personable and very helpful (he even dog whispered our dog!). We had to have two windows replaced due to bad installation from another company. He told us our options and ensured us that he would take care of us. He gave us his direct number so that he could be our advocate in case anything went wrong or if we needed anything. We didn't need it, though. Igor came in today to install our two windows and he was kind, professional, and finished the work in a timely manner. He showed us how to properly use the windows, showed us his work (he evidently takes pride in his work) and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Amazing service from start to finish!

Window to Patio Door
We decide to build the deck and enlarge window in our master bedroom to Sliding Patio Door. We called 3 companies. One of them - Canadian Choice Windows. Dainis was the sales person who visit us. First of all - first impression!!! Very polite, knowledgeable, friendly and able to listen . I am being a contractor asked him lots of questions ( i knew all the answers my self) and Dainis was the only person who was able to answer all my questions about the codes and requirements and even more ... We request ASAP installation and that was the only company that was able to do it in our time frame. Last thing that catch us - payment options, no one even offered that before. Dainis being an installer before his sales career was able to take the final measurements right on a spot , so we don't have to book another appointment with installer. Sergei, installer who did installation was very fussy. He did a perfect job and bot of us e and my wife are extremely happy with the service provided by Dainis and Canadian Choice Windows.

Windows/Doors
We had a good experience with our windows so we went back to them to replace our doors. From my experience with the doors I wouldn’t recommend them, the customer service is not the greatest.

I have been using this Company for a couple of years now. They are very prompt reliable and very economical. Oliver is very professional and true to his word. Their work is very professional and will be using them again for my remaining windows.

Window to Door
We met wit Dainis from Canadian Choice Windows at Lethbridge Home Show. We were very impressed with the product and options that Canadian Choice Windows offering. Dainis came all the way to Taber and we purchase a door from him. The door was installed instead of the window, so the job was including cut out and new header. Job was done very fast, even sooner that it was promised. We are very happy with everything.

windows
I need new windows in the sunroom. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. Didn't know what to expect. I was very impressed with the look, features of the windows. I love them!!!
