    Doors and windows

    Quality of work was very good. No issues to at all with workers. Crew lead was very good. Our sales report called to see how we like the windows and the workmanship. All good

    Egress windows

    I purchase windows in July 2016 from Canadian Choice Windows. I did 2 egress cut outs in my basement. Dainis, my sales rep visit me today to check if everything is OK and if I am happy with the windows. Yes, I am extremely happy and will do second stage next year. Will Highly recommend Dainis to deal with, and Installer Sergey who was working with no rush being very fussy to all details. Thanks.

    Window replacement

    Alexander P. gave us our pricing and recommended window styles that we are very happy with. The estimated time for installation was right on. The installation crew were on time and installed 7 large windows in a day. The area was left clean after the job. I will use this company again when we replace more windows.

    Slidind door

    these guys are very nice to work with. everything started with Oliver, who came to my home to explain all about the project. Oliver was patient, understanding, and most importantly knowledgeable as well as respectful. Oliver listened and answered all our questions in a professional manner. I'm very happy and satisfied with the company.

    Worst compagny ever for thé service after sale.

    No service after i bougth my door and my window. Water Sorry tsunami came under my door, my handle brake. That took 3 month before someone came. Worst service . They gave me appointements but they Never show up! One Guy came Last week without appointment. He took 5 minutes to do something without listening to my explications of my problèm , hé took my handdle and left the house and said nothing. I still dont have handdle . The girl Who answer the phone is not professionnal she Never listen, she always transfert you at the same Guy Who look to doesnt understand you. I called more then 10 times the cie. Its a joke !!!! Im french canadian so i said ok maybe its my english so my boyfriend whos more bilangual calléd couple times and he had the same problem with the service. Its very very bad!!!!

    Valerie, we are disappointed to hear about your experience. We certainly did the best we could to resolve your service claim made on October 6th. Service typically takes 4-6 weeks to get resolved, and during the holiday season the timelines can get a little extensive. The technician who came out to fix your weather stripping had informed you to send us a receipt for the handle that you had to buy, otherwise we are more than willing to replace it. There was no communication with us after the service completion prior to this review. Please understand that communication is key in order to resolve any problem.     Bathroom Windows

    Awesome! My bathroom windows had a mold, high condensation, drafty. Got a unbeatable quote from Igor P. - finally got exactly what expected. All installation done in time - fast and clean. I'm thinking about to change all builders windows. Thank you!

    Living room bay window @ basement office windows

    Just a note to express my sincere appreciation to your company ,the installers and especially the sales agent Alexei Vesiliev, after many in home home quotes, some quite expensive for the same product, I was quite impressed first with Alexei, he was very profession ,he provided detailed explanation, suggestions and assistance in reaching our decision. his efficiency accompanied by his courtesy and honesty is very rear. thanks , I look forward in my next purchase and will definitely be referring your company.

    Window replacements (2 basement and one bathroom)

    The rep came quickly and on time. The quote was satisfactorily negotiated and finalized. The installer was to come and measure within 10 days. That part was not as expected. After voicing my concern following the 10 day window the sales rep escalated the issue. Installer came, measured and quoted 4 to 6 weeks. The windows were installed within 4 weeks. Very nice job, friendly people and no mess. Thank you

    Failed lifetime warranty after the day of installation

    I ordered 5 windows from Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, and paid total $7700 ($1000 as I signed the agreement and the rest after the installation). On Nov 5th, as the installation process, I noticed that the window extension is shorter compared to my wall. This is unexpected, due to as in the agreement, I ordered the maximum window extensions that they currently carrying, which is 4.5 inches, and my wall is 4 inches. However, the installation workers claimed that it is not a problem, and they said that I, the customer, could find a solution to fix such issue in Home Deport or other stores. And after the window installation, they asked me to sign a form that I am fully satisfied with their work, and paid in full fine. And I trusted them, I signed and paid them the $6700, only later that I figured out it was an installation problem. After realized the issue, I called the sale representative to come take a look. Three days after the installation, which is Nov 9th, he came by to my house. The sale representative immediately refused to re-install the windows and yelled me. I later called the company owner, explained to him what is happening, and sent him pictures of the windows that installed by his company . At the begin, the owner agreed to re-install the windows and promised that he will get back to me as soon as they are ready to do so. As the company owner gave me his word, it was such a relieved for me. But after three weeks already, I called him more than 30 times, left him ton of messages, and I never heard back from him. As the agreement that I signed with Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, under section "WARRANTY", the fourth point stated the following, "Installation of all products is warranted for a lifetime. This warranty will be void if windows are not installed in accordance with our instructions. This warranty does not cover damage of any kind caused by misuse, abuse or negligence, fire or acts of G-d." However, such reassure statement is failed to apply right after the payment is paid in full. As Company Response " Please feel free to call the office ", I call the owner today, again, he just not reply.

You have not communicated your (third party) renovations to us, causing the issue that you are having. We made the extension 4.5" as per your request, and that still ended up being too short for your wall, therefore your wall could not have been the same as it was at the time that our deal was made.
