This was my second time I'm engaging this company Windows replacement services. Last year it was my first time dealing with them. Both, the sales person and the installers were extremely professional. The installers have done their work at high level, therefore we have decided to hire this company again to replace the rest of our windows. But this time we have got a very negligent installers. First when they have entered the house and headed to the second floor I warned them that we have a carpet upstairs, but they didn't listen and went upstairs leaving dirty steps on the carpet. I had brought them down almost by force. So one guy removed his shoes while another found a couple of bags of newspaper and flyers on the street near our townhouse, threw the flyers out on the road and used the empty bags as the shoe covers. Then while bringing the new window to the second floor they have lifted it from outside the house by pushing and moving the window frame over the ladder. The white vinyl frame had got many heavy dark scratches. When applying isolation foam around the new frame they have probably tried to save the foam as there were multiple spots left uncovered. Generally - bad workmanship, careless and negligent.
Interested thing - the same installers team has installed windows to my coo-worker a few days ago, but he has ordered the windows via Costco. Same workmanship and also they have left the area very dirty. Looks like no matter who you are ordering from or how good the windows are you might get the same terrible installers. With such purchase unfortunately you get a "cat in a bag".
