Window replacement
Decent windows, service relatively poor. One of the windows was installed with scratches. So far it's been 3 months and it still hasn't been replaced. Both the customer service department and the sales representative (Olga) have been notified with no resolution. Disappointed.

Door replacement

Absolutely great service from Oleg!
Oleg came to our place and gave me a very reasonable price for our windows. he is very knowledgable so walked us through the whole process and explained the new windows advantages. I was not going to change all windows however, with the quality of work that we got and definitly the reasonable prive and great service, I have already planned to change the remaining next summer although most of them are already done!

Windows and Doors
Quality products, great pricing, sold, installed and serviced by quality professional people. Our sales consultant was Gregory who was very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the decision process. Gave advice that other companies had not bothered to mention. Installation went well and the area cleaned up before they left. A few minor issues after installation were dealt with very quickly and very professionally by Oleg. With lifetime warranty on all installation, how well a company responds to problems and your concerns is very important & a true measure of how good that company really is. With people like Gregory, Oleg and Alex involved I have great confidence and comfort. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Canadian Choice Windows and Doors

Basement windows replacement
The sales representative Cindy is very friendly and professional. Stam and his team members performed a great job on installing the windows. Overall, I am happy with the new windows so far. Good quality and good price!

Replace bay window
Words cannot express how upset I am with the service and quality of this company. I chose them because they used hometech windows and offered a lower quote than a competitor and the reviews on homestars looked decent. I had a new bay window installed. I was advised to do a "re-build" rather than brick to brick. It is the ugliest window I have ever seen! The glue-job was incredibly sloppy and they did not use a brick mould trim and left me with an ugly plastic trim (see pictures). Now I know why they came out to be cheaper. Also, the installers broke the corner of my brick window sill and told me that my window sills were crumbling and glued the piece back on with caulking glue. I believed the installer and got a mason to come in and replace the window sill and he confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my window sill and the installers were sloppy. I got the window sill replaced and Canadian Choice would not reimburse me for any of the costs and instead blamed me and told me I should have called them when it happened. I would have if the installer hadn't been untruthful to me. I also suspect that the measurements for the window are not correct as the new window looks smaller than the old one. I had been trying to converse with Alex D (the sales guy) for over 2 months about the issues and he has been unresponsive. He won't even respond to my texts or emails. Canadian Choice Windows does not offer proper advice, do not stand by their product and use untrained installers to take the measurements and perform the installation. Next time I will ensure that I get references before I hire someone to do the work.

Unfortunately, its been over 3 years so it is hard to get the facts 100% but we are surprised that you wrote this after you tried to purchase more windows from us recently but did not agree on the price with Alex D. We are not exactly sure why you changed all your stone ledges around the windows and also not sure why we have to pay for it. These had nothing to do with the installation of the windows and are a part of your home that we do not touch when installing new windows. We assure you that the windows you have installed are of the highest quality and are installed to all aspects of the building code. You do have a warranty on the windows and installation so if something does happen in the future please don't hesitate to give us a call. ***UPDATE: The customer has not made contact since review has been posted

Windows and doors
Oliver from Canadian choice windows and doors has been helping me. He was very patient while I was makimg choice about which style of windows and doors I should get. And he was very helpful and willing to provide me all kinds of discount. It took them almost a momth to make the windows and doors but they only used three hours to perfectly install everything. I would ansolutely refer him to my friends.

Window & door
The sales representative was polite and patient. The installation team did their job professionally, and left my house neatly. I was totally impressed by the excellent performance of the team. Also, I am very pleased with new look of my house now.

Replacement of windows
This is my 3rd call to Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, in 2012 called for replacement of some windows, then in 2013 called same company for replacement of remaining windows in my second floor. And since the beginning Mr. Soroka came for a free estimate, explained everything showing me a window as a sample, was very impressed with his very good customer service/sales. And now for the 3rd time need to finish the remaining replacement of the windows and had to call Mr. Soroka once again, came right away within one day of calling, explained in detail the windows that will be replaced, and even showed us how to maintain and handle the previous windows in order for these to be in very good shape over the next years (with an amazing explanation and how to mantain them more efficiently). I give 5 stars to the service, to the company same and to Mr. Oliver Soroka +5 stars, very professional, and with an amazing knowledge of Windows. Above estimate is for all the windows already replaced and the remaining ones that will be replaced very shortly. Thank you very much. From a very satisfied client, that will still call Mr. Soroka in the near future for the last remaining sliding door.
