Warranty
My issues with Canadian Choice Windows are being resolved quickly. I spoke with Ted from HOMETECH and he explained that there are two separate warranties. It was an honest mistake and they are sending a service tech out on the Nov, 15/16 to fix my windows at no cost.

Door and Windows changed
Actually, I availed their service twice. The 1st one was a planned change for the door and the living room window. However, the second one was when somebody really drunk got inside my daughter's room thru the window ( She thought it was her house). The window lock was forced open. I needed an urgent service to change my bedroom windows. I called several Window companies that can fix it urgently. Again, it was only Canadian choice who was able to give the earliest date to replace my windows. Quality wise, it's good . If I have more windows to replace then definitely I will call them again!

New windows and doors
We got new windows December 2015 and a new door this month through Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Ivan was very professional and courteous salesperson from our first consultation to when the project was complete. The installers are professional and cleaned up inside the house when we got our new windows. When they left it was as if the installers weren't at our house for 8 hours replacing 8 windows. That is why we chose them for a new door. I would recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to everyone.

New energy efficient exterior doors
I was looking for a company to replace my old exterior doors and found CCW on Homestars. I am so glad I chose them. Serge is very knowledgable and thorough in his approach. I knew right away I was in good-hands after meeting him. We decided together what was the best option for me, and he continued to be accessible and always returned calls promptly if I had any further questions or concerns. The installation was extremely thorough and well executed also. Serge ensured it was done right since he dropped by to check up as the doors were being installed. I would highly recommend CCW to anyone looking for windows and doors for their home.

Wincow
We replaced the front window last spring and more windows this fall. Ivan was great to work with and has a good sense of the various styles which made it easier to choose. The installer dealt with some unexpected rotted wood without causing worries for me or extra charges. The no interest monthly payment for a the first window worked out really well. Very efficient and courteous service.

Full house and Door replacement
When I began the search for new Windows, I had no idea of what to expect. When I made the appointment, Ziad was my salesman. He was prompt and very knowledgeable and mostly very friendly and personable! He explained the procedure to me, and was very honest. The windows were delivered and installed in the stated time frame. The crew was very polite and efficienct. They completed the job in one day and left no mess at all. They even hung my kitchen blind for me! I would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and doors. Make sure you ask for Ziad!! Here are some pictures to show the amazing work!

Windows and Doors
I contacted Canadian Choice Windows from the great reviews on the internet and hence I am happy to now describe why they are a good choice. The Sales Manager Kevin and his Installation team did a wonderful job. Their process product and service is just excellent. I am a very happy client and will be doing the rest of my windows right way. Thanks so much for the great experience.

Full house replacement
I recently got all the windows in my house replaced by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and I am extremely happy with the experience as a whole. Our salesman Ziad was very professional and knowledgeable from the beginning. He was not pushy at all and gave us all the options available. The installation staff was quick, efficient and professional at all times. We are extremely happy with how our windows turned out. I have attached photos as well. We would 100% not only recommend Canadian Choice but Ziad as well.

Windows and front door
I tip my hat to Alex, Marina and their amazing team. The windows are beautiful, the door is stunning. Start to finish this huge job was a pleasure. My highest recommendation for this company.

Doors replacement
We replaced three doors in our house, one front, one side and one back. Bonnie is our sales lady, she is very knowledgeable, energetic and provide best advice. She followed up during the installation and after installation. We are very happy with her services. I am going to use 'Canadian Choice Windows & Doors' again to replace the porch in my another property.
