I replaced my bow window, kitchen/bedroom,bathroom windows. I was quite pleased with both the salesman and the installer who were both very professional in dealing with me. My salesman- Serge - was very knowlegeable, honest and arrived at a reasonable price for the windows. I would recommend him to my family members and friends as a decent person. In September of 2016 we replaced 9 windows and a patio door. For this big job we went with Canadian Choice Windows company and had never regretted our choice. In the past we've done quite a few renovations and repairs and have never been as satisfied with any contractors as we were with Canadian Choice Windows. They exceeded our expectations, and believe me, I am a very picky customer! We were very worried that replacing the widows will damage colored stucco in front of the house as we were told by the other window companies that this is going to be a very difficult job. But Vladimir, the manager of CCW, assured us that his installers are very experienced and we have nothing to worry about. And it was exactly as he said - the job was done to perfection. The crew of 3 people finished the entire job in 1.5 days. I have nothing but good words and praises to say about them. As we all know, good product (and all windows and door were of a good quality) is only 50% of success. The other 50% depends on how the windows are installed. Faruk, the team lead, has took such correct measurements that all new windows and door, when manufactured and installed, fit as a glove. They look so good as if they were not replaced but original to the house. Installers were very knowledgeable, attentive to details, listened to my requests and suggestions, were always on time and left the site all cleaned up. After the installation was completed, Faruk asked me to take a round with him to check the job and tell him if I am completely satisfied with the finished product. The next day Vladimir stopped by to do the same. Overall, it was a great experience from the start to finish. If we had to do it all over again, we would go only with this company. We will definitely recommend Canadian Choice Window to our friends.

The Sales Representative was knowledgeable and provided the proper services for me - quick response to replace a window screen with some little defect. The staff of the Service Department also provided prompt response to help fix/replace the double glass of a window, the defect of which should be considered as a rare case. I would like to say that the design of the windows are modern. Great job!

Canadian Choice replaced most of the windows in our house last month. We had interviewed eight companies, and Canadian Choice had everything we were looking for---quality windows, technically knowledgeable salesperson/point-of-contact (Mike Lesche, "Boss Mike"), wide range of exterior color options, and ability to handle some of our special needs. We converted one large window to a bay window (which needed a roof), bricked up another window, and for the few windows and doors had been replaced more recently than the others, we wanted to keep them and have them capped so that they looked like the new windows from the outside. Canadian Choice was able to handle those requests within our tight budget. The new windows are amazing---they look fantastic, they block so much sound from the outside, and they keep the house so much cooler (it's summer now) than the old windows. If I had known what a dramatic difference new windows would make to my enjoyment of my house, I would have replaced all the windows years ago. On the day of the install (<30 days from the estimate), the install team arrived on time. The install team consisted of a different Mike ("Installer Mike") and his assistant. They worked quickly and competently until late in the evening to finish the job in one day, but if you ask Installer Mike too many questions, he gets a bit rude. Unfortunately, we had to interrupt his process several times since many details of our install (e.g., capping existing windows, one window in a shower needed special trim) weren't explicitly written down in the contract, so we had to call Boss Mike multiple times to straighten things out, even though we had gone over those items with Installer Mike (and verified with Boss Mike) when he came to do the measurements. Boss Mike quickly straighten things out and made sure everything was exactly what we expected, but it would have been easier with better communication between Boss Mike and Installer Mike before the actual installation. The lesson learned is to make sure every last detail is written in the contract. Also, we had to pester Installer Mike about completely filling gaps with spray foam (he was trying to be quick and only fill from the outside, when we also wanted the gaps filled from the inside), and while the windows he did were adequately insulated, the message apparently didn't make it to his assistant. We had to fill in the gaps on his windows the next day; luckily, we have lots of our own spray foam. Still, I would absolutely contact Boss Mike for future window replacement, and I have recommended him to neighbors. One last thing worth mentioning: During the install, a piece of aluminum flashing fell into our AC unit and caused significant damage when the AC tried to turn on the next day. Boss Mike was quick to accept accountability and promptly reimbursed us for the repairs. I only mention the incident because it is useful to know that if something goes wrong, Canadian Choice will do the right thing. Not all home improvement companies are so trustworthy.

Canadian Choice Windows was very professional, prompt, and completed my project in a very timely manner. They followed through with all of their commitments, and the final product turned out beautiful. Olga was very professional and knowledgeable to work with, and was always available to answer my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product, installed in a very professional and friendly manner!

Canadian choice windows from start to finish has been a pleasure to work with. They come highly recommended in Bowden and area and we are very happy so far. We have doors coming in the short term as well and will provide comments for those soon. The product is excellent and Kevin Jason and his team have taken good care of us. Had 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom windows installed. Awning windows are great and double slider too. Very happy with installers , windows and sales. Mike Lesche provided great service and always available for Any questions.

In August 2016 I approached Canadian Choice Windows & Doors for getting an estimation for replacing the windows of my home (17 windows, 2 doors, a French door and a new bay windows) . Stan Rait visited our home to review their product. He was very knowledgeable of the products and unlike any sales persons, he did not focus on selling a product. He explained the differences between their product and what is being sold in the market. He did a quick windows measurement and provided a an estimate. At the end of our meeting, he arranged for the installer to come and get an exact measurement. A few days later Igor came and measured the windows and doors. He was very upfront and explained what can be done and what cannot be done. We had shutters on old windows and we wanted to reuse them and he said they will not fit . We were happy with estimation and there was no hidden cost. We closed the deal. A few days later we received a call for setting up a date for installation. We also received an instruction for preparation of the house for installers. On the day of installation, Igor and team arrived on time in the morning and they started working on the front of the house. They worked very professionally and answered my questions during two days of installation. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and service they provided. I will follow up with another feedback after the winter and explain if the new windows were effective or not.

It has been a year since we have had the windows installed and we have called them on numerous occasions to come and rectify the issues we have had with the window. One of the living room windows fog up as you can see in the pictures also the same one has leaked. All of the windows get a inch of condensation on the inside at the bottom. For the price that we paid for these window we should be happy with them. They give so much praise on how good they are but are they REALLY. Pictures say a thousand words.
