Alex the sales rep was really personable and down to earth, made it easy to do business with him. I had to wait longer than I wanted to for the doors to be manufactured, but in the end it was worth the wait. They did a really good job with the installation, they showed up on time, the installers were also very personable and my doors looked really great. I ran into a problem a few weeks later, realized the electronic deadbolt lock wasn't working properly. I called the manufacturer of the lockset, explained the problem, they knew right away what the problem was, they said it's a very common installation problem. They explained to me what to tell the installer. So I called Canadian Choice and told them the lock was installed wrong, within a few hrs the installer showed up, removed the lock, adjusted it according to what the manufacture had told me on the phone and the locked worked fine. I was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue. I will never use anyone else for my windows and doors. I found them to be very professional, true to their word, and responded quickly at the first sign of a problem. Not much more I could ask for in a contractor. And the price I got from them was well in line with what other companies had quoted me.
