    12 windows

    great salesman, installers and company to deal with, win,win all around. very satisfied from start to finish, and the price was right. Installers left everything very clean, salesman was very honest and explained things very well. very happy.

    Replacement windows

    Marina (the salesperson) was prompt, very knowledgeable and took the time to really explain the quality and construction of the windows. The installers were on time, efficient, and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure to keep a clean work area. Marina did an after install visit to ensure the quality of workmanship and showed us again the functionality of the windows, ensuring we were 100% satisfied.

    Installation of windows and doors

    As I started this renovation, I was looking for a company that was professional, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and offered a quality product at a competitive price. I found these qualities in Kevin, Jeremy and their team. They demonstrated attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, respect for my home , friendliness , and respect and courtesy for my opinions and questions. As a team they are committed to delivering quality service with skill and integrity to their customers.

    Windows and patio door replacements

    My husband and I were delighted with the service and products from this company, to which we were referred by our neighbours, who also used them. Alex Davidovitch came to the house and spent a great deal of time with us, carefully going over and explaining the products and processes that were available, showing us many samples. We also visited the showroom and Alex came back a second time to spend more time with us to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. Our windows and doors were ready for installation even sooner than expected, and the installation group did a wonderful job. They were very quick, efficient, and thorough. The windows and doors are beautiful and have made a huge difference to the appearance and enjoyment of our home. There was a slight glitch as we had ordered blind inserts for our patio doors which were missing when installed, but Alex responded to our call immediately and the blinds were installed promptly. I feel very confident that this type of excellent customer service is typical of this company and have already highly recommended Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to neighbours and friends.

    Excellent Windows Replacement Service

    We were referred to Canadian choice windows by the Homestars reviews. We are satisfy with their service and competitive price. We had the install performed by Simon and Tony Wong as the Sales Representative.

    Replaced all our windows and patio door

    Stan was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful. He was knew his product which helped us decide that this was the company we were going to buy from. They came and installed the windows and patio doors 2 days before Christmas. The remainder of the winter was draft free. We were told it could take 2 days but they were in and out, neatly, in 1 day. Great job guys. Stan just recently dropped off new inside molding we needed after doing a kitchen reno. Great timing. Thanks again Stan.

    Windows

    This is the second set of windows we have purchased (we did four last year, three this year). Igor was outstanding to work with, again. The process was smooth and the installers did a great job.

    Windows in red deer

    We researched Canadian choice windows online and homestars and chose their premium triple pane product on their promotion and wow is it great what a difference. Great service from the start from Kevin as well the install team leader Jason was professional and he made verything nice. Look forward to our project with these guys.if you want quality and service the whole package is great.

    Window Replacement

    I used Canadian Choice Windows to replace 5 windows. All was good when I signed the contract and we waited for the install. This is where my experience was soured. One installer came to do the whole job and he was rude, unprofessional and condescending. I called the salesperson who wasn't present for the install and he spoke to the installer and told him to be more respectful. Later in the evening after the install was complete I inspected the work and was surprised to see that some areas were not caulked properly. I have yet to hear from the salesperson since the morning of the install day for a simple follow up or check of satisfaction. Furthermore, the salesperson pushed the quality of the windows during his sales pitch and how the manufacturer prints out and places a sticker stating the LOW-e rating according to Energy Guide. These stickers were not present during the install and I was told that there weren't available. The windows themselves are of decent quality.

    6 Colored vinyl windows

    We were referred to CDN choice windows by many neighbors on our street. Were delighted with the end result. We had the install performed and lead by Jason and Jeremy and all the wonderful helpers. The sales Manager Kevin took great care of us. We will be calling them again soon. Give these guys a call.
