    Whole house of windows

    We were referred to Canadian choice by a few people. We we lucky to have met Kevin and his team for our project. The quality service and end result all just excellent. The usually guys around town just couldn't compete. We will recommend as well. Thanks to everyone at Canadian choice. Job well done and Kevin came to follow up to make sure everything was good.

    Windows

    We were choosing between 3 Companies. Dainis was the most professional sales representative, who showed us samples and did great presentation. Even being a bit more expensive then 2 other quotes we decide to replace our 10 windows with Canadian Choice Windows. Result is - we are Extremely happy!!! Our installer Stan was very professional, clean and polite. will recommend this company to everybody

    Windows Replacement

    Great experience. We are so happy with the final product the windows looks great and are high quality. Workers were friendly and pay great attention to details. The job was done in two days. We would recommend using Canadian choice windows anytime. Olga was really nice, helpful and professional. We are glad we followed her advice !

    change windows and doors

    I am writing to Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to thank you for all of the hard work that your salesperson Stan did into the my house.He did fantastic job to help me choosing .You know its not easy.Stan was very dependable throughout event from stat to finish.     window installation

    Very polite and knowledgeable sale person who explained the work process. The installation of the windows was done professionally by an installer named Yury. The windows are under warranty so I am very satisfied with this company. I would recommend this company to others.

    Windows replacement

    I'm very happy with my desicion to go with Canadaian choice Windows & Doors. Sales rep (Denys) gave me an answers for all of questions. Installers did a greate job! I with you guys for my next stage (front door).

    Cut window opening and install new panoramic window

    This is our second project with Alex (sales person) and Pavel (crew lead head). Everything was done on time and in very professional way. We think that the quality of the windows they sell is very good. We would recommend this company to our friends and relatives. I am sure we will hire them again to replace the rest of our windows.     Poorly run, terrible experience

    After getting the estimate and signing the initial paperwork this company was nothing but a headache to deal with. Everything was a fight and they were late for every appointment. As we did not receive any paperwork aside from a quote we did not have precise measurements to give our cabinet company for our kitchen reno. When I called they were so unhelpful and unsure what to tell me that the cabinet company (who spoke to Canadian windows on the phone to try to get answers) decided to come out a second time to remeasure once the window was actually in. Once installed the window trim was uneven and there was a scratch in the plastic window casing. Not something I was trilled about spending over a thousand dollars on. **update - they came and filled the scratch but said they would be back to buff it down. Haven't heard from them. Now I have a blob instead of a scratch. I emailed to follow up and no one ever responded. A sign was placed on our lawn when we specifically stated TWICE that we did not want one. After install I again did not receive any documentation. I called the Calgary office and was told it would be emailed in the next couple days. Nothing was ever sent to me. I followed up a week later only to be told that the pink copy of the very first estimate sheet was my receipt. ???? When I asked to speak to an office manager or someone in charge the receptionist refused to give me a contact name or transfer the call or give them a message or my contact information. I was then hung up on when I told them it didn't seem like they knew what was going on. What kind of business doesn't give receipts? A poor one. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

    Windows and doors replacement

    We got 6 windows replaced and one entry door and one storm door. Our sales rep was good. The installers were very friendly and did a good job. We went with a retrofit installation with the company/ rep recommendation. Retrospectively I wish we had went with the all new frames installation. Our windows are much smaller now and we are not so happy with the end product. The windows them selves are good, the installation was good, it's that we lost so much window. It's noticeable from inside and out. The front door and storm door are just perfect. They look great. The installers did do a good job. Also after the insallers left we still needed to vaccume the whole house and there are multiple spots on the trim where we have to paint / repair now.

    We are glad to hear that the windows and the install were to your liking and hope you will enjoy them for long time to come. As you have mentioned the Retrofit does make the opening smaller because the new windows are much thicker than the old ones but it is a more economical way to get new windows. Of course it is more beneficial to replace the old frames but its also a more pricey option. We do offer both kinds of installations based on you budget. Also in the case of Retrofit installation we don't provide new trim and the old one will have to be fixed or replaced to have a new look. Thank you for your business.

    service

    I had a job done and gave a good review. The company gives a discount for a review. I was fine giving a good review. There were a couple imperfections with my front window pane and they said they would get someone from the office to call me. Two weeks later that did not happen and I had to call them. They said it would take 6-8 weeks. I called at 6 weeks and they were not sure of the status. it is now 8 weeks and I have not heard a peep from them. If I would have known this is how it would be I would not have given the good review in the first place, hence the poor review now.
