I had new windows installed. The windows were measured wrong, cracked on installation and missing screens. A few weeks after Installation we had a heavy rain fall and my basement leaked. I called to have the window serviced but the techs didnt show up and I left work early that day. I called the next day because it was raining again and a tech finally showed up. They took part the window where you can clearly see there is a problem with the foam seal. Canadian Choice claim the window is fine and not the cause of the basement leak. We never had a leak before window installation and havent had one since the window has been fixed. We are left with damaged drywall, carpet and baseboards.

Ryan was excellent right from the beginning, from quoting to the follow-through of the install.

Canadian Choice was an absolutely fantastic company to deal with on upgrading the windows and doors on our 85-year-old home. After receiving 2 other quotes for the upgrades from competitors, Canadian Choice were the clear winner. Ryan, our sales rep, was outstanding in explaining the different styles of windows, the different types of insulating factors, government rebates, and Canadian Choice discounts. Once we signed the contract, Canadian Choice Customer Care were exceptional in conveying order information, arranging a home energy audit (for government rebates), order updates, and arranging the installation dates. The installation was seamless. The installation crew were very detail oriented, and very nit-picky in making sure every window/door/trim/caulking were installed perfectly (as if they were installing on their own house). Ive never had a company continually ask if we were happy with what we were being told/seeing and was there anything else they could do for us (and sounded like they actually meant it). This is a company that truly understands customer satisfaction and go over and above your expectations. Canadian Choice were very responsive to every inquiry, respectful of our property and extremely professional. Thank you, Ryan, Customer Care, Anatoliy and his installation crew.

My experience with Canadian Choice, Windows and Doors was excellent from start to finish. Ryan was our consultant and he is anything but the typical salesman he treated us like he would his own family and we never once felt pressured to purchase or include add-ons that were not necessary. The team of installers were awesome. They were quick, efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. They made sure they were respectful of our home, and cleaned up both inside and outside as if they were never there one of the things that surprised us most was Ryans continued communication even after installation to make sure that we were 100% happy. From beginning to end of the process I couldn't be happier with the end result. After a meeting with Joe, I was convinced that this company was one I wanted to do business with. Joe came in with the facts and explained in detail all my options. He's super easy going and makes you feel so comfortable at no time did I feel pressured to buy. He was available after the initial meeting to answer any questions I had as we went along in the process. Eventually I added doors to my order and Joe was there the next day to add to our order. It was so simple and easy and the workers were so quick and efficient I have already recommended to friends they give Joe a call. I am so pleased with the finished result.

You know that feeling after making a decision and it doesn't meet your expectations, well this wasn't one of them. Joe came to our home very passionate about his job and the company he works for. And for good reason great window and doors options, and pride of the quality of the company's people. Installation and final look we couldn't be happier, its brought new life to our home. From start to finish the the process was very easy. The installers where very good. Fit and finish was as clean as anyone could make it. Caulk around the windows look like a machine did it. 14 windows removed and installed in one day. Great job guys.
