Cant say enough about the Canadian Choice team! From initial quote stage through installation, our experience was top notch. They went above and beyond to fix some lose boards and fill nail holes while they were up on the roof and changed out the attic circular window to match our new windows as a gesture! Thank you! Our house looks amazing.

Joe was great, came out to house, got a good vibe from him right away. He was thorough and honest with the explaining sat down did all paper work in front of us. We now have our new windows and couldn't be happier.

The window replacements for my livingroom, dinningroom and kitchen that was done in November 2020 was a complete world changer for me and my family. Our representative, Joe, was absolutely a delight to work with. He took my call right away, and was out to measure my replacement windows extremely quickly. In fact, I didnt hesitate to call and deal directly with Joe again in April 2022, to replace my two back bedroom windows, and one bathroom window because of his amazing service in 2020. I will refer Joe to all of my family 100% because he is my window guy for life.

I have built and sub contracted many homes and by far this is the worst experience I have had with a contractor. There is no customer service with this company. We recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company, at the beginning very kind and helpful. Once the windows arrived and were installed this is were the nightmare begins. We were not home for the majority of the install, but when we came home it was obvious the mistakes made. We called the representative who sold us the windows right away, only to be told and I am paraphrasing "this is what you ordered, not our problem" 1. Wrong windows installed, the large picture windows in the living room should of had sliding bottom windows with screen, this was very important to me as I wanted to open to let fresh air in. 2. Windows in the bathroom came with no privacy glass, not only do I remember asking would the windows have privacy glass, I was reassured they would, plus its common sense to have privacy glass in the bathrooms. 3. Half of the windows installed are missing the metal flashing. I have tried several time to resolve these issues with this company, but have had no luck. Now I must hire another company to fix the incompetence of this company. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IN THE PARKSVILLE AREA NEEDING NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Assisted by Joe from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Joe provided excellent customer experience. He informed me of different options with regard to windows, listened to my needs and budget and we came up with the best windows for our home, that look great and are energy efficient. He also informed me of the energy efficiency rebates available and assisted with implementing this step as well.

We just had our windows and front door completed last week and we are so thrilled with the new look. It started with meeting with Joe the sales rep who spent a lot of time with us going over so many options. He was very detailed and patient with all of our questions. The installation crew of Igor and his team were amazing and so clean. They showed up earlier than expected and worked 2 full days getting the job done. If youre ever interested in windows, call Canadian Choice and ask for Joe and you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! We recently had two casement windows installed, one in our sons bedroom and the other in a spare bedroom. We had our initial sales consultation/quote with Joe, who visited our home. He was very engaging, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to answer any questions/concerns we had. After meeting with him, it was a very easy decision to give our business to Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. The remainder of the process was just as professional and easy. There was regular communication sent to us in regards to setting up an in-home consultation to finalize measurements as well as providing us regular updates on the production of our windows. The installation process was seamless as well. Their installers were very professional, neat and performed the install in a very timely manner. We will definitely use Joe, Canadian Choice and their team again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new windows and doors. We cant thank them enough. * Stickers were left on windows for Energy Audit purposes *
