Canadian choice windows did an amazing job with our windows and front door. The installer, was very friendly, professional, answered our questions and did meticulous work. We are very happy with the end result, but the end result is only a part of the whole process... It started with a first visit from CCW where they presented the company, the products they offer and gave us a proposal. Then we were invited to visit their showroom to actually touch and feel what we would potentially buy and seeing their production facility was very impressive. They were the first company we contacted so we did our due diligence and gave a chance to other reputable companies. After talking to their competitors, we ended up with more questions so Vince came and went deeper into the value of the services they offer, clearly explained the technology they use in Windows, the specifications, after sales support, warranty, rebate program, you name it he covered it again. Also, he never used pressure sales tactics to make the deal as opposed to other companies we dealt with did. He was was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, did everything he said he was going to do and really guided us and addressed all our concerns. We even had a visit from the operations manager to check if all was going well during the installation to make sure we were satisfied with their service. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend this company to friends and colleagues.

My husband and I recently had all of our windows and a patio door installed and we couldnt be happier. From start to finish Joe made sure everything went flawlessly. The installers worked very hard and no mess was left behind. We have received so many compliments on them, especially our back sliding patio door. We will definitely be using his services again in the future and we recommend this company, and more specifically, Joe, when purchasing yours as well.

From our first meeting to the finished installation, we were very pleased with our experience. Igor and his installation crew were exceptionally good! They were friendly and polite and very respectful of our home. They did a beautiful job inside and out!

We purchased two new triple pane bedroom windows and a double pane patio door with built-in blinds. Alexey was very knowledgeable and personable and kept in touch throughout the process including follow-up after the windows were installed. The workman who put in the windows were careful to keep disruptions to a minimum and explained how the new windows and door operated clearly. I would recommend the company to friends and family looking to replace windows in their homes.

We were very happy with our salesman Adriano, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. He got back to us with a quote in a couple of days and came back to the house when we had more questions, before we decided. Our installers were very nice as well, Andrew and another fellow whos name I forget. I was impressed that they dragged around a small but powerful vacuum to every room they worked in and cleaned up after themselves. Overall very happy with the service, our windows and sliding doors look great.

We received several quotes and went with Canadian Choice. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful about the condition of all our windows. We replaced 13 of our 16 windows and both our doors. Our installers were on time despite their long drive to our home and they did an incredible job. We are extremely pleased with the service we have thus far received.
